They almost always mess up my order. Sometimes I catch it before I leave the area, but most times I forget to check. Since they’re a 10 min drive I usually have to just deal with customer service app for fixes. Finally reviewing because today my chicken sandwich had no chicken… like how do you mess that up??

I normally like Wendy's a lot. My mistake, I think, was I had just gotten off work, and it was close midnight (their closing time). The lobby was closed already, so I had to go through the drive-through. It was a bit of a wait, but after getting my food (Dave's double combo with cheese, lettuce, and pickles only), I stopped in the parking lot to wolf the fries while they were hot. Then I checked the sandwich because getting it wrong is common. But this one was really...

This location is nice and clean, the staff was very friendly with good customer service.The only thing was the family bathroom (only one I really saw to use) needed some attention due to the towel dispenser being empty. It was open so maybe they were in the middle of replacing the towels.I love the orange ? frosty!
