They almost always mess up my order. Sometimes I catch it before I leave the area, but most times I forget to check. Since they’re a 10 min drive I usually have to just deal with customer service app for fixes. Finally reviewing because today my chicken sandwich had no chicken… like how do you mess that up??

I normally like Wendy's a lot. My mistake, I think, was I had just gotten off work, and it was close midnight (their closing time). The lobby was closed already, so I had to go through the drive-through. It was a bit of a wait, but after getting my food (Dave's double combo with cheese, lettuce, and pickles only), I stopped in the parking lot to wolf the fries while they were hot. Then I checked the sandwich because getting it wrong is common. But this one was really...
