I ordered a large chili the cup was not full and a lot of water. The young lady said she was a manager. I explained to her. I’ve eaten there on a number of occasions, and she said because the chili was already gone. I know that she didn’t think I was going to drive all the way back up there and show her the large chili that was only four dollars. She said, unfortunately there was nothing that she could do. Customer satisfactory is very important. I told her that I will not be eating there again over four dollars and not just that but I’ll let all my friends will know also. Word-of-mouth travels over four dollars.

Ordered online. Picked it up. Drove .4 miles home. Burger and chicken really cold. They said they'd replace it so I came into store. Took 2xs to get burger correct. Sadie part is I told them I wanted my burger hot to melt the cheese. How they melted the cheese I'll never know as the patty was extremely cold still but cheese was melted. So disappointed! Girl I told about getting my meal replaced asked zero questions on if I wanted everything on it etc. I had to say don't you want to know what I want on it? She acted so non-concerned. Guess I'll axe this place from my list of restaurants I'll frequent. Utterly ridiculous!!
