If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

When I arrived my mobile order was not quite ready, the staff greeted me and offered a free drink while I waited. Staff was friendly, and provided great customer service. The wings tasted great also.

I came in earlier today and the flavor was so potent but in a good way! I got the hot honey rub chicken sandwich combo and the fries were perfectly seasoned and the sandwich was absolutely to die for!!! The employees definitely made an impact on me and they seemed like they got together really well! they made the environment seem so fun. I felt very welcomed when I came in but I always do! I have went to this place so many times and I have never regretted it once. overall, one of my top favorite fast food places 10/10 would recommend!!!
We ordered Wingstop through uber eats and accidentally ordered to my work address, I immediately canceled the order since there wasn’t an option to change the address. I called the number for customer service and was told to basically pound sand I wasn’t getting a refund even though the food had not been made. I called the store and verified it wasn’t made. The manager was very friendly professional and gave me credit so I was not out the money uber eats cost me.

This is gotta be like the fifth time I seen people get free food here, I literally watched somebody ask for food for their dog and then just hand them free nuggets while they charge like $10 for a six piece!!! Today I watch a lady and some other. I’m just gonna say person to be safe a basket of food and tell him to let them know if there’s still hungry and they will get them more for free 🤯

Is it too much to add a little sauce, like it costs you nothing, this is supposed to be honey hot but it looks like it’s plain.. happens very often at this location
