I placed an order online. 24 piece bone in wings (8 Mango habanero, 8 Cajun, 8 Louisiana rub). A 10 piece boneless Hot honey rub. The 24 piece came with large fries, the 10 piece came with cheese fries and I also ordered a chicken. Sandwich with regular fries.I have no idea what the wings look like, the website sucks, and they gave me someone else's order. I got BBQ and 2 other 8 piece wings and I can not tell what they are. There's no labels on them and they don't smell like the flavors I asked for. The 10 piece honey hot wings are plain, no honey on them. I was on hold for 8 min ( they are super busy so I understand the hold time ) I did call them and was told my order is being replaced.

This location is terrible. I used to love getting wings at Wingstop and was so excited when they opened this location because it's right by my house. This location (Litchfield in Surprise) is total garbage. Over cooked, no sauce, thrown together without any thought and now the price hike! Up until very recently you could get their combo of 20 boneless wings and fries for $13! It just jumped to $16! Not for this garbage! Nope. Go across the street to Native or anywhere else.

Ordered a take out 15 original hot and 15 Louisiana with fries when I arrived home I founded they put burnt non edible old fries and lemon pepper wings instead of Louisiana.. This was my first time trying them, very disappointed

Ordered online. When I went to get my order, I had to wait in line behind a lot of people. The girl at the counter was busy flirting with a guy instead of asking for my order. After waiting over 10 minutes, I finally butted in and stated I was there to get my online order. She got it and basically dropped it on the counter. (It was already paid for). The bag was greasy and food cold. I won't be back.

I placed my online order at 10:35pm on 03/22/2024. I went to the store and paid at 10:56pm.. The cashier whom helped me went to the back to check my order, returned to the counter to tell me they were working on my order. At 11:08 I was told they lost my order if I have my receipt. I showed my receipt and they took it. I also, showed them my online receipt and the time it was placed(10:35pm) I asked for the managers name (Jorge) and the young man came to the counter and asked how could he helpMe. I explained what happened and he was I was misinformed that my order wasn’t lost, but that they are just now dropping my order. I didn’t receive an apology or any type of compensation. I received my order at 11:20pm on 03/22/2024 I checked my order and they tried to give me two tenders because it was stated they dropped the patties on the floor. Instead of asking me if it was okay or if I mind waiting they just gave me that. Then I was told they were only remaking one of the sandwiches that contained chicken tenders, that if I want to wait they can remake the second one. At that point I just said forget it. After all this I was then told “ I apologize, here are some cookies!” Mind you, you can see they were old and have been sitting there. This is unacceptable. I waited for over an hour to receive my order. During the time I was waiting, karaoke and a lot of joking off, and rude comments were made. I did ask for a refund but they kept insisting my order was coming.

Small location with takeout orders in mind. The music was horrendously loud and looped within 30 or 40 minutes. It was clean, though that could be due to nobody wanting to stay and eat.

Burnt but old soggy fries and cold boneless wings on a dine in order that took almost 30 minutes. Terrible food and to wait that long for some deep fried simple menu items is awful. Only good thing is I'm glad I didn't doordash and pay more for such a horrible meal I ate 4 bites of and threw it away.

Came in and Ordered at 7:04pm and waited into 8:07 to get my food added for my name was calling everyone else name but mine and when I asked where was my food they placed it on DoorDash rack food cold I’m pissed 30$ never again .l.-_-.l.

The wingstop on 120 Blondo owes me a credit for $30. Owners could care less. Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't go to this restaurant or any wingstop again.

Ordered online tonight and they must’ve gotten a boatload of orders at once. They were completely overrun with orders. With this being said they handled it very efficiently to the best of their ability. Everyone had a role and were working together. There was a long wait but they were doing everything they could. And offered free drink for the wait.

Worst Wing stop location ever! The manager that worked the hour of 9pm on 2/23/24 is a horrible example of professionalism! She has her staff acting the same way. Especially Tj. I spent alot of money for my family this night and was treated horribly. I need to speak to higher management
