Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches. 1 tasted funny. After turning it over, I lost my appetite after seeing the picture below. I'm not sure if this was mold or something else. The other issue is that I was told you only get 1 package of sauce. If you use horsey sauce and arby sauce, you have to ask for each one, or they only give you 1 sauce per sandwich. This is their store policy.

A very consistent chain food experience. My go to is the Gyro (lamb) hold the lettuce. Curly fries are a must, but even then they aren't that impressive. The service is almost always solid and the food is delivered quickly. Like most fast food places, they would like to do away with "dine in" which makes sense when you feel like you're eating in the sterilest of Jeff Bezo's warehouses.Jeff L-8 Google Guide.

It's almost 5 on a Sunday afternoon and this place only has one other person here. Most all of the tables need wiped down. There is a smell in here not sure what it is. The chairs need wiped down and the lobby floor is sticky. And Jose is leaning against the counter talking not working. There is plenty to be done. My husband ordered the 9 piece boneless wings with fries and they dumped the fries on top of the wings, which didn't look very appealing. It also makes you wonder how fresh everything is when your order is served in 2 minutes.This place needs to get their act together so people will want to eat there.Thank you to the district manager reaching out to discuss this incident. I appreciate you taking the time to address this visit, and see improvements.

I usually like Arby's, but this was horrible and definitely not worth @$12. I don't know exact amount because I wasn't given a receipt. I ordered the fish basket dinner. It contained 3 fish sticks they called fillets. Two bites each and 10 French fries. No coleslaw, nothing else. Food had no taste and very over priced. It was a very small snack and definitely not worth over $12.
