Don’t get me wrong. I love Burger King but this restaurant in Taylor seems to be closed early every night compared to their hours that they keep on the door. The drive-through is almost always closed before 10 in the dining room is always closed before nine even though they say drive-through is open till 12.

This BK is hit and miss. I seem to get a lot of cold/old food from here. Too many times have I had cold fries, hard (over fried) & cold hashbrowns, or sandwiches with cheese that isn't even melted. Not to mention getting bacon kings with no bacon on them, or paying extra for lettuce and tomatoes on burgers and getting them plain. The wait time in the dinning room is also ridiculous taking upwards of 20-30 minutes to get food.

BK used to be good years ago. It's a shame now because my kids love BK and their play place. The entire store is run by kids basically. The GM looks like about 22 if even. How does corporate expect a restaurant to flourish when the staff has no work history? I've been in management in fast food most of my career, I can just look at their dynamic and it's not legitimate. From what I've seen in the past staff drinks out back, smokes, cusses. This is all illegal activity that's happening at our BK. Its a disappointment and I don't usually leave bad reviews but corporate will eventually be reached out to.

I went to restaurant it was dirty tables staff was rude I found hair in my whopper and order no onions I got onions on my whopper manager didn’t fix my order …. Don’t go bk they suck
And here we go again. Another week with a messed up order. I presume BK employees must have a PHD to work there, but someone slipped through...just like every other week. Don't know why we keep going back. Probably hoping the geniuses that work there can get something right. If you want a screwed up order be sure to stop by.

Drive thru ppl always sound and look like they're so miserable, never friendly at all. Only reason I keep going here is bc the food is cheap. Used to love their burgers but they seem like they are getting smaller and smaller and the fries are always way too salty. Also when I say no ice in my drink, they put ice in anyways. So annoying
