I went with some friends on a Friday night to get some ice cream after a meeitng. It was 9 pm. We are all in our 30ies, not young kids being silly.My friend asked if there was a size smaller than a small, like a kiddie size. She asked politely and the response back we got was "No we just have a small. You can go somewhere else." My friend politely said, "I'd still like to order, I just asked a question." We got no response back. So we drove away.

I'm extremely mad, they got rid of the only item that was reasonably priced, actually good, and just amazing over all. Everything is wayyyy to expensive, the icecream is gross and the people in the drive through are RUDE!! This place sucks and you won't be seeing me eat here anymore!!!

This review is for the management and staff at sonic, we have been ordering here for quite awhile, the staff has always been friendly and courteous, last week we ordered and when we got home we realized that they got our order wrong, people make mistakes, it happens, we called and let them know. They were very accommodating and told us to come back at our convenience, and they would make it right. We went back tonight and they knew exactly what we needed. The staff was so great I had to let them know. Thank you sonic team of Taylor. We will be back soon!!!!!!!

We stopped in for a couple of drinks. The app was not working and we asked if they would still honor the half price deals. The rude person in charge said NO we will not do that. He also said it’s not our fault the app is down. Well, it’s certainly not the customers fault!! A Horrible example of customer service!Will not return.

Ice cream machine has been down for months..(or atleast consistentlyenough that the last 3 times we've visited, ive been denied a blast) Blasts unavailable ..shakes only. Really sucks.Came on a Friday night which is a HUGE mistake. They have large number of highschool/little kids all around the parking lot, loud and obnoxious. Driving fast. Makes getting out of your car uncomfortable.When you do get your food, it's fine. They've often missed customizations so I usually skip that with this location.
