I stopped by on my way to showlow and their associate Dustin had put a “Be Back In 15 Minutes” sign on the door, there was quite a bit of people outside the store waiting to pay for gas and other stuff as well, so I figured I’d stop by when I get back in town and the store should be open again. I came back to town and stopped by again and the same sign was still posted on the door. I ended up just going to Circle K.

The owner has no pride in this business. It's never stocked!! There are never any STRAWS!!! The gas pumps never work, you always have to go inside to pay for gas...I only use this gas station when I have no other choice.

The worst experience I’ve had at a gas station. I won’t be coming back until they fire Karla. She refuses to do her job if it means she has to leave the register and actually work. Just go ahead and start by paying more for propane somewhere else they won’t get for you hear anyway. Plus if you ask for it Karla will be rude and use profanity at you. Just save yourself the headache and stop elsewhere. Step Propane and Alvereze are always polite and treat there customers with kindness and respect

Been there 7 times now at different times trying to fill propane tanks. Always some excuse why they can't. I have been a customer for years but think I will start getting my gas somewhere else as well.

Good prices but why is there always "back in 15min" sign on the locked front door when a certain employee is working? I get people need breaks or time to use the bathroom, but this seems a bit different and happens so frequently. It's really frustrating and has resulted in me taking my business down the street to circle K despite higher prices.So it happened again and there were two other frustrated customers outside with me at approx. 850-900 pm. Please rectify or inform the public why the station is always closed for 15-30min increments with an 8.5x11 printed paper posted on the door "be back in 15 min".I obviously keep coming back to see if I can get better prices, but am thwarted each time.

I think we all know when a certain person works in the afternoons/evenings, the "be back in 15 minutes" sign comes out. My friends and I have tried to stop at 1700, 1745, 1900, 2000.... all the same situation and sign. It's ridiculous how so many people I have heard standing in line at Circle K speculating.

This is one of two places in town to buy propane. The price is right, and demand is high. I don't mind waiting or having to return later. I think the staff is doing an outstanding job.
Employees spend too much time talking to customers at the register,while other customers are left waiting trying to be polite.Too many money mistakes,during my visit .I gave up! I go elsewhere now.Too bad ,it WAS convenient.

NINE TIMES OUT OF TEN I AM UNABLE TO GET MY PROPANE FILLED. THERE IS ALWAYS SOME REASON. It really sucks because Taylor is a small town and the only other place to get propane is much more expensive.

My husband has gone in there twice to get propane for an upcoming camping trip and twice they have told him they can't help him. Two days straight, you would think that since they are the only ones in our town with propane that they would be helpful.
