Every dang time I order something they seem to never get it right. I ordered through DoorDash because I have a large family of 11. And every time I have a big order I feel they only do what’s easier for them instead of filling the order I paid for. YOU GUYS SUCK. Taco shells were stale as can been and even my kids could tell the shells were bad. I ordered half and half on the taco party packs and only received crunchy. Like it’s a simple order ladies and gentlemen. You guys absolutely suck. I’ll no longer be ordering anything from this location. You suck and management should be addressed. Corporate should make an unannounced visit.

Completely intolerant to special needs people and I will absolutely never return! On 5/23/2025 at 6:20 pm we arrived at this location. There was a male employee maybe in his twenties, white, with a mustache and a ballcap. He was staring at my Autistic son. He then proceeded to make hand gestures like my son ws retarted, he was laughing, and signaled to a blonde female as he continued to stare and laugh. His actions as a representative of this establishment should get him fired! We did not get to order pur food. This happened within the first couple of minutes that we were there. We saw him do this and we left. If I could give negative stars on this review I would.

Food was fine, I mean, it's taco bell. But the service was as slow as it could possibly be. Didn't have my card so I went to pay with cash. Stood there for a solid 15 minutes before a new employee starting his shift came to help. I know for sure at least 2 other employees noticed the three of us standing there waiting. Nothing

The best Taco Bell on the mountain. The beefy 5-layer is spot on every time and their store is quite clean every time too. Love this location and its workers!

This is the third time the food has been really shitty. The quality has gone downhill. It is eating soft on soft no crunchy texture at all for the Mexican pizza.

They have never once gotten my families order right. We've had to make it a tradition to check our bag thoroughly before we drive off. I don't think the people working there pay attention at all to what the customers says. We're 9 times our of 10 disappointed.

Same experience as a lot of other customers...ordered food and waited for a long time and when we asked about it, we're told that the machine that displays orders is broken...considering the employee and all the others were standing there doing nothing...interesting but not very convincing especially given they were looking at us sitting in the lobby waiting. They tried to "make up" for the long wait and forgotten order with a baja Dew Gelato...weird and disappointing. I get it's Taco Bell but c'mon where was the basic customer service?

Just waited 40 minutes, no food, got refund. 6 other people got refunded . Manager had his hands full. Went across parking lot to Alabertos, was there but 10 minutes, got food and went home.

My husband ordered the nacho supreme with a taco. He got home with it and first off there was no meat on the nachos, the beans were nasty. He had ordered extra nacho cheese which we did not get and there was not even enough chips. I'd say the nastiest nachos I've ever had I for one don't want to eat here ever again
My wife drives thirty minutes, to get online order you screw it all up to hell, she drives back another thirty minutes to get stuff YOU FORGOT to find out TACO BELL ran out of beef!!!!! And they best you can do is here is some chicken????!!!!!!! See good customer service would have refunded her whole order and then let her decide if she wants your crap chicken! Instead of "that's all we have"!!!!! You idiots actually wonder why people hate your restaurant????!!!!!! Not just the price MORONS!!!
