I feel like other recent reviews are really harsh. If you know safford you know it's best to wait a couple months after a business remodels and reopens, otherwise it's gonna be a bit rough due to the amount of customers and staff still learning. The new building is so much nicer than the previous one and the staff are doing their best, don't forget they're human too not robots. My nephews enjoyed their food and had no complaints and neither did we! It's fast food, you shouldn't be expecting Michelin dining.

Why is because i never get to eat the food I have a food allergy and it deadly i always ask for them to not put pickles i deadly allergic to them but doesn't matter Pickles everytime I have even watched them put pickles on my burger when it says no pickles in the screen on the receipt i guess it just to hard.

I had went out with my friends for dinner around 6:20. When we had gone in, there was maybe a person or two in the drive thru, but besides that's, it was empty. We placed our order and there was a couple things wrong. Like a burger not receiving cheese and an order of chicken fries off count by 4. The only burger that was kinda right, was drowned in mustard. While we were dining we had also noticed that the kitchen was empty for a good 6-8 minutes. It's understandable for no one to be at the counter for a bit but, it was a bit off for there to be nobody in the kitchen, especially with guests present. We loved the crowns and the music though. That stuff was pretty cool 👍🏼

I love Burger King but not this one. My order was $16 & change I ordered a bacon cheese burger meal and an original chicken meal medium. We were happy to wait cause it was breakfast time and we ordered lunch. After about 20 min we received our order. The sprites were greasy and tasted very off the fries gad a hair in it and the bacon cheese burger was dry. I don't do fast food and this was for my girls they don't want fast food now either.

So I went through the drive through around 6 pm tonight and got a mushroom swiss melt. What a BIG disappointment. 1 mushroom on it and either American or cheddar cheese. No swiss anywhere. If I could attach pics I would.

The workers were nice, which is this restaurant’s only redeeming value. They gave me the wrong order and when I returned to have it fixed they said the grill was closed because it had just turned midnight and I’d have to get it fixed tomorrow. How does that help me now? I wanted my burger! Edit: fixed it the next day. It wasn’t good.

Ordered the chicken sandwich and received oil soaked chicken on a burnt bun with brown lettuce.Took a bite and have been puking ever since. Everything else was smashed down. It wasn't from the doordasher either. The bag was fine not smashed at all.
