Pretty good Hawaiian food in a small town like Safford. I ordered the ono bowl and totally recommend it! Perfect amount of dressing and spice, with chicken katsu and rice. Budget friendly too!
This is my second visit, ordered chicken katsu with macaroni and Hawaiian slaw. The chicken was great, slaw was average, but the macaroni had a cumin aftertaste, and the katsu bbq sauce had too much Worcestershire flavor (something was not right about it). Atmosphere wasn’t spectacular, food was ready on time and reasonably priced. Server was pleasant.
We dined in on a wicked busy Saturday afternoon and left thirty minutes later. The employees were in good spirits despite the chaos, and our food was made well and fast. We enjoyed our meals very much and were happy to be able to stop by again!
