Our orders are either missing an item or they add or subtract the wrong toppings on our burgers. This seems to happen to our food about 3 out of 5 visits.

I ordered a triple smash patty burger only change on the burger was adding lettuce. When I opened it up the box was soggy with grease and sauce. It looked more like a salad that somone had dropped on a greasy un seasoned burger. Everything from the bun that was falling apart too the missing smash patty, and the pickles that were so old they felt more like tomatoes.

First off half the machines were down on one side but the didn't put up any signs or cone to let you know and you couldn't tell until you pull up into the spot to order we pulled into 4 different spots before we finally found one that worked. Then they forgot my wife's hamburger she ordered mustard on it well she got mustard so much there was no way she could eat it. 9 napkins later mustard at a reasonable amount wife was finally able to eat. Asked for the key to the restroom, I was told they no longer had one for customs use. Every food establishment by law is to have a restroom for their customers. This Sonic is going downhill fast.
I went in the late afternoon, of course it was busy. They normally are busy at rush times of day. People should expect that no different than any other fast food place. I got a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberry and was made to perfection. The mozzarella sticks were nice and hot and the burger was made quite well..not slopped together and messy. I enjoy going here. The staff is always friendly and have smiles on their face. Never had a unpleasant experience. Keep up the great work to those who work there.

We ordered pickup, got here and hour after it was supposed to be done thinking it would have given them plenty of time to make our food, then we got here and no one would answer the booth. We've waited 45 minutes and still nothing. Someone came out here about 20 minutes ago and gave us someone else's order and we can't get anyone to correct it. This is pathetic. It isn't even that busy, there are just a bunch of kids hanging out which would be fine if people would do their damn jobs.

I really wish they would either raise prices, cut quality or reduce quantity. Unfortunately it's hard not to notice that Sonic has aggressively done all three.
