We ordered pickup, got here and hour after it was supposed to be done thinking it would have given them plenty of time to make our food, then we got here and no one would answer the booth. We've waited 45 minutes and still nothing. Someone came out here about 20 minutes ago and gave us someone else's order and we can't get anyone to correct it. This is pathetic. It isn't even that busy, there are just a bunch of kids hanging out which would be fine if people would do their damn jobs.

They were out of several things we wanted, we waited for 15 mins for two cars in front of us to get their food, and the lot, building, and grounds were filthy.
Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options, and they couldn't be used there, meat touches all of their holding surfaces.

Not to bad. Nice to eat in a stall. Seem to always forget sauce, especially marinara for cheese sticks even when online it comes with it or the cheese for pretzels.
Parking: Wide vehicles such as trucks and full size SUV will have a tight fit in stalls. Recommend pulling in mirrors if possible.

Unfortunately at this Sonic, you wait and also pay the same amount as if you went to a restaurant. To blame the economy is a poor way out. This sonic is about 10-15% greater in price then others. I own a nissan rouge (small suv) and worry about hitting one of the poles. Cannot take my truck because it just won't fit in a spot. Food is average of fast food but again not worth the price. Hopefully they will cha ge the place in Safford/Thatcher Az. But I highly doubt it.

Drive thru service, they just weren't listening. Ordered the number 7 plus onions and mustard, tater tots, and a medium cherry limeade. They didn't read my order back to me, so after 3 minutes and no response, I moved forward. Got to the window, they had the cherry limeade but no footlong nor tater tots. Got those added to the order, got my change counted back to me correctly and received my order. Drove away only to find out that there were no onions or mustard. Not a huge deal, these are kids learning the importance of attention to detail, especially with today's prices. Went back to the restaurant walked in and had a smug blue haired girl rudely roll her eyes when I told her what the problem was. She handed my coney to a young man who then stuck his ungloved hand into the onions and sprinkled them on. An ungloved hand wouldn't have been so bad and I might have actually eaten this coney if I hadn't watched him rub his nose with his hand before he did it. I walked out and threw it away. Graham county health department needs to go visit this establishment....
