Drive thru service, they just weren't listening. Ordered the number 7 plus onions and mustard, tater tots, and a medium cherry limeade. They didn't read my order back to me, so after 3 minutes and no response, I moved forward. Got to the window, they had the cherry limeade but no footlong nor tater tots. Got those added to the order, got my change counted back to me correctly and received my order. Drove away only to find out that there were no onions or mustard. Not a huge deal, these are kids learning the importance of attention to detail, especially with today's prices. Went back to the restaurant walked in and had a smug blue haired girl rudely roll her eyes when I told her what the problem was. She handed my coney to a young man who then stuck his ungloved hand into the onions and sprinkled them on. An ungloved hand wouldn't have been so bad and I might have actually eaten this coney if I hadn't watched him rub his nose with his hand before he did it. I walked out and threw it away. Graham county health department needs to go visit this establishment....

Food is decently good, but service is slow. Last night it took 20 minutes to get two drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks. And typically waiting 10-15 minutes isn't uncommon for us. The time before my lemon berry slush was missing the lemon and berry. I also miss the days of the real fruit lemon slushes including a lemon wedge.

This is just another bad restaurant in this area. First we pulled up to place our order - after we finally figured out the speaker didn't work so pulled up to the drive thru where a grouchy guy looked at us sideways because we had a fifty dollar bill (all we had). When we placed our order we weren't asked if we wanted tots or fries or what size mozzarella sticks we wanted. They just gave us whatever they felt like. Took the guy five minutes to figure out the change and he just folded up and handed to us with no receipt. Food was not great coffee was too cold to even drink. Won't be returning. Save your money for another place. Sad because they used to be pretty good.

I love sonic and their food. However the reason this review is 2 stars is to draw attention to some issues. The people working here seem to lack something. They can never hear you when at the drive thru. They also don’t seem to have knowledge of what is on the menu sometimes. At night the high school kids don’t seem to care about their jobs or the customers because all the kids in town hangout here. The food is still good and I will continue to go there but it’s frustrating to deal with the staff. Also it feels as though the staff rushes you at the drive thru and then it feels like you are inconveniencing them for them doing their job.
