Having grown up in Alaska, I am picky when it comes to seafood, so a food truck in the middle of Arizona did not sound like it would be amazing. Apprehensive as I was, I decided to try it, and it did not disappoint! They had some of the best sushi I have ever had, much better than anything in my hometown. We will definitely be coming back for more!

This place was amazing!!The taste of each and every roll is delicious. The size of the rolls was perfect. This may not be importa t to some people but to me it is. When you put a piece in your mouth you should be able to savour the different flavors and textures together not have it be so big that you have to eat it in two bites. The servers are courteous and fast. I will most definitely be returning. I had previously gotten discourages when I purchases sushi and the rice was hard but I gave it another chance and I was not disappointed. This was when they were located in town by the carwash...ao it's been a while.

I'm out here visiting. I got a rainbow roll, a Hawaiian roll and I was very impressed. My son-in-law got an eel roll, an eel shrimp roll, and a crispy salmon roll. All we're so delicious. Definitely worth it. 5⭐

I did not expect good sushi from a truck outside a convenience store in rural Arizona, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this. It’s not too-class sit-down sushi, but this is very good!

Just wow! Great customer service!Huge selection! I love the Mexican twist on the Vegas rolls I ordered! They had green chili's on them! I've never had anything like it.I'm visiting from Oregon and anytime I ever come back it's a must stop.It's unreal that this is a food truck.

Sushi is pretty decent here. The ONLY feedback I have is that there is NO online menu available. You have to go to their Facebook page which is loaded with unorganized and separated pictures of their food, which look absolutely appetizing, don’t get me wrong. The problem is that these pictures are out of order and repeated several times making it a big chore to figure out if it was something you’ve already seen. So here is their menu. I tried to get as clear of a picture as I could. I hope it helps others.

I wasn't expecting too much because it was a truck but I was very surprised The Taste was amazing fast service it was really good I am so glad I pulled over at the gas station to get sushi never thought I would get sushi by a gas station but I was so glad I did the only thing that I regret was not buying another LOL

This place is ok. Mostly because there isn't anything else in the area. Their basic rolls are good, so are the hand rolls. Although there is no understanding of a true philly roll here. I'd probably stop by more often if they took debit cards. Pain in the but having to always go get cash and I'm not gonna pay an additional $4 to use the ATM inside the gas station.
