Been to a lot of Taco bells without a doubt this is the worst place I've ever been in. It smells bad, people working here just laughing and joking and carrying on in the back food is half cooked. It's almost afraid to eat.

This is hands down the worst service and food I've ever had from a taco bell. What an absolute shame. They turn the signs off thirty minutes prior to close and then won't even stop cutting up and laughing long enough to take your order anyways. I left. They consistently get my order wrong anyways. This location needs new staff that care.

I love the chalupas at Taco Bell but lately the bread on the chalupas has been very hard to the point unable to eat , I don't understand what happened. In the pass I have ordered chalupas I always order two by best part is the bread always soft great taste . The very soft bread with the meat when great together , but this pass weeks not so great which is very sad. Please bring back the soft bread.... Thank you

This Taco Bell is either really slow or really fast. Last couple of visits have been on the fast side. Regardless, I have had a good run on good quality meals and order correctness. One of the last cheap fast food options around. Pretty good Taco Bell.
If you like gambling go here during night times. The employees are… interesting. Just dont expect your food to all be there. Wouldn’t be surprised if a worker stole it. Day crew is the polar opposite they are really nice and quick.
Parking: It’s horrible when it’s busy. The lot gets blocked by the drive-through

They are constantly out of basic things. For example tonight they were out of cantina chicken for the bowls and said they were going give us normal chicken instead. However, we got tiny portions of everything and no chicken. We love taco bell but the Thatcher location is rarely a good experience.
