I love the chalupas at Taco Bell but lately the bread on the chalupas has been very hard to the point unable to eat , I don't understand what happened. In the pass I have ordered chalupas I always order two by best part is the bread always soft great taste . The very soft bread with the meat when great together , but this pass weeks not so great which is very sad. Please bring back the soft bread.... Thank you

This Taco Bell is either really slow or really fast. Last couple of visits have been on the fast side. Regardless, I have had a good run on good quality meals and order correctness. One of the last cheap fast food options around. Pretty good Taco Bell.
If you like gambling go here during night times. The employees areā¦ interesting. Just dont expect your food to all be there. Wouldnāt be surprised if a worker stole it. Day crew is the polar opposite they are really nice and quick.
Parking: Itās horrible when itās busy. The lot gets blocked by the drive-through

The people were very friendly and helpful. All the food was made correctly, and they clearly marked all of our different burritos, which was a nice change.

They are constantly out of basic things. For example tonight they were out of cantina chicken for the bowls and said they were going give us normal chicken instead. However, we got tiny portions of everything and no chicken. We love taco bell but the Thatcher location is rarely a good experience.

Normally I have great things to say about this Taco Bell, but tonight was different. My friend and I often get a mobile order separately but go in the same car. Weāve done this without issue in the past. Tonight a young lady at the drive thru told us not to do that, but didnāt really explain why and it was hard to hear. She told us this time she would ālet it slideā which was confusing and I felt like I did something wrong despite having never had an issue doing this before. I also got a crunchwrap and they forgot the beef, which is the best and most expensive part, so I was very disappointed with the food! I know itās just Taco Bell but the lack of meat and the way we were spoken to was a shame. There seems to always be something wrong whenever we go! But if they get the food right, itās very tasty and reasonably priced.
Really poor quality and quantity of food. The 5 layer burrito was more like 5 layers of tortilla.

No drive thru, been out for a few weeks now and when you do get the privilege of use your lucky if you get what you pay for. Prep of the food can be better. Looks like everything is thrown together in a wrapper and put in a bag.

My friend and I saw a smaller sized live cockroach on the floor inside by the front door today. If they're in the front, you can bet they're in the back. Sad because service is better than a year ago. Won't be eating there or sitting in there again.
