The girl had no idea what she was doing. Then we were stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Then she decides to chit chat with the car in front of us. By the time we got to the window our drinks weren't even ready. No apologies, she just wanted our payment. When we said we had to go the other girl just didn't care. No communication no concern no apology. No thanks.

Coffee not great .. slowwww service , waited 15 min just for a doughnut … Starbucks matcha latte way better

I like the vibe and the decor. I had never been to a cafe with Hawaiian roots.
I got an iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla syrup. It was a very light green. It tasted like vanilla ice cream and not like matcha at all. I didn’t finish it because it was so sweet.
The customer service was good except when I went back inside to get an ice water, there was no one around. I waited for a few minutes. As I was walking away to leave, I noticed an employee sitting off to the side on their phone so I asked for a water.

Great coffee, take too long on driver thu orders

The food the drinks and the employees are absolutely amazing...thereason for the 3 stars is because they need to hire more people or something because they take FOREVER to bring out even just one drink...I Love the drinks alot and the staff..but once they get these drive through lines moving at a faster pace..I'll be more than happy to come back n change my review...

I’m giving this place 5 stars because the coffee is one of the better coffees I have had here in Arizona. The hazelnut hula is what I have gotten the 2 times I have been here. It’s so good! I do ask for it half sweet. I love the fact they put coffee cubes in it. I hate when my coffee gets watered down so this is the perfect solution.

I got the bacon breakfast burrito it was okay needed some more flavor but it wasn’t bad and it was a good size for the price.

Millie helped me at the drive thru window when I asked for some suggestions. Can’t wait to try the coffee with hazelnut and vanilla.

Update: 10/19 I asked for my coffee half sweet I even asked again. My hazelnut hula is kinda undrinkable that’s how sweet it is

This coffee shop is an absolute gem! I love the unique touch of using coffee ice cubes, it really elevates the experience. The customer service is fantastic, with the staff being incredibly warm and friendly. And, of course, the coffee is simply delicious! ??
