I love Carl's Jr., but this experience was incredibly disappointing. The hamburger I ordered was disgusting—the meat seemed old and was served cold. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to go back and ask for a refund, so it felt like a total waste of money and inmean food is not cheap here .On top of that, the customer service at this location was subpar, making the overall experience even worse. It's clear that this location needs to seriously improve both its food quality and costumer service. Avoid this location if need to
