Carl's jr is my go to in the road. Especially if it's a 24/7 spot. The best is the Breakfast Burger with tomato and jalapenos, literally a meal by itself.

The burger tasted like they didn't cook it enough to get the charbroiled texture. The burger was SOFT and I felt like throwing up when I first bit into it. Idk why I didn't return it. Oh yeah, because the person taking my order made a mistake on my order and had to give me a refund. I then held up the line because of the whole refund situation. This made me embarrassed to return the burger

Ordered a double famous star with cheese. Lady heard double cheese burger. Her mistake. She swapped out the bun but gave me the patties from the double cheese which are smaller. So I paid more and got less. Made me pay for her mistake. Accountability, what's that?

Meat on my sandwich was so dried out not even edible. As a truck driver you can’t just turn around and go back. Staff was more worried about finishing their personal conversation than waiting on us customers. Looked right at us and continued talking. We are here for food not for a run down on the drama in your personal life. No one wants to hear that crap.

I wasn’t given a receipt when asked upon paying for my order. My order wasn’t completed. When I went back to ask about my refund I was given an attitude by the “manager” and was told I couldn’t get a receipt. I’ll never return to this location.

Paid extra for Angus because it's made fresh and supposed to be 1/3 lbs. It was small and soo dry and nasty. I asked for catchup. None. The bun was moldy and dried out.
