My wife and I were just passing through and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. I was taken aback by how warmly we were treated by our cashier, Tammy, who welcomed us and helped take our order. Our order was also freshly made and by far one of our best experiences at Carl’s Jr.

This is the BEST Carl’s Jr. in Phoenix! I pass two other Carl’s Jr. on my way home from work to go to this one. The food is always hot and fresh, and my order is always correct. The employees are friendly and customer service focused. I’ve never had an issue with this location being out of jalapeño poppers, either. It’s also open 24 hours. I come in here at least once a week, at all times of the day and night, and I’ve never had an issue.

Went through drive thru... They sent me to the wait paking spot, guy brought out my food... I checked everything over real good before he walked away, realized they forgot my fries... He looked in bags checked reciept... walked inside got my fries brought them to me... He could have acted like a friend but he acted like he worked for the company and was doing his job. When they send me to a parking spot ... I don't let them leave my car until I have checked my order... I...
