The girl with glasses and braces was being rude and does not explain herself correctly, the way she should, if she acts like she doesn’t want to work there than why is she still there? Never coming back again, Churroholic never disappointed me the way I got disappointed by you guys.

Place was empty when we walked in. The cashier seemed annoyed we walked in she was rude talking our order and the place had a bad oder like sewage coffe is ok had the service and smell been better I would have gone back
Ahmed was very knowledgeable of the items and awesome customer service. I ordered two smoothies that were very delicious. Would for sure be going back to try more of their items!

The food is great but the atmosphere is chaotic, loud, and the employees are very rude. The cashier didn’t greet me, she just asked if i was paying with cash or card. Additionally, she made a mistake when taking my order and when I asked her to fix it she sighed over dramatically. She then asked her manager to come out and when the manager came out she was quite rude as well. I don’t recommend this place. Perhaps only for doordash so you don’t have to interact with the rude workers.

As I walked up to the counter, I said “Hi” as I was looking at the menu. First thing the girl at the counter said “first, cash or card? Then “what can I get you?” She never made eye contact and was on her phone while we ordered. Very rude and no customer service what so ever!! You need to retrain her.
