Horrible experience today. We ordered 2 plates and two potato’s extra sides and drink. I had my husband go to pick up my family’s order. He said when he arrived he had to still wait about 15 more minutes on the order which was placed on line at 11:35 . The food was supposed to be ready at 12. He said they ran out of brisket so we had to change the order. The place open at 11 but they were already out of brisket when he arrived . He picked up the order got it home we were missing sides and our drink. The potatoes were not done nor the fries.My cousin called back up there to let them know that we were missing things from the order. She talked to the owner of the establishment. My cousin asked for a refund of the missing items because she doesn’t stay in AZ. The owner went to say something about the cup was given to my husband. My husband was never giving a cup. Basically the owner was trying to call him a liar.So I jumped on the phone to talk to her. I didn’t like the way the owner was speaking to my cousin. Instead of the owner just making the situation right she proceeded to say don’t come in here with aggression. Like what are you talking about! Like get your restaurant together! I had my husband to go back up there. No one apologized for the inconvenience . The food that we had to go to pick back up we didn’t trust to even eat. Horrible customer service, Horrible food and this is not the first time we ordered and they was out of something as soon as the opened or something was missing.The store is not prepared the owner is not prepared. When orders have to change due to something not being in make sure the food is right for the customers. People please don’t eat at this establishment. Now I see why they have so many bad reviews…… We never eat here again. This restaurant doesn’t deserve NO STARS at all

Wouldn't recommend waiting 30 min for an order that should've been ready,Or at least a 10 min wait. Swear the order wasn't started until 25 min after I got there. Very unprofessional and wasn't even busy was only 3 other people and seemed like they had to wait for a while as well.

Ordered too cold to walk over. Food was Old and Tasteless. Sweet Tea was Unsweetened. Chicken wings so overcooked the only flavor that came through was Burnt. Sausage had odor. Fries and Okra soggy. Worst Dickeys experience ever. Will never order from this location again. Recommend Nothing!

I like dickies but this is the 4th time I’ve been to this location and there is 1 person running the whole place and my order takes 30minutes + because he has multiple catering orders in front of me. I don’t think I will be coming here Rudy’s is better staffed and I just am tired of being put on hold because dickies wants to save a buck to maximize profits so sad

Worst place ever order my food my baked potato was so cold. I asked her.that it was so cold her response was it is am sorry it’s been in the warmer all day it should be hot am like all day and she made me a new one and I was getting ready to eat my baked potato and I had staple in my baked potato on top of the bacon bites, and the french fries taste like it was sitting in oil all day .. I wish I can give this place a BIG 0

Ordered ahead, showed up later, still waited over 20 minutes for my order AND it wasn't even complete. Two young guys working by themselves. Just a bad experience!!!

If I could give 0 stars to this place i would. It was the WORST food I've ever gotten at a restaurant let alone a restaurant where we paid a decent amount of money for food. The ribs where cold, rock hard, dry and literally no meat on the bone. The chicken was rubbery and dry extremely small portions of meat. The turkey was the exact same rubbery and dry. Our sides where even horrible the French fries where RAW!! More than half of them where raw and undercooked stuck together in a soggy glob. The baked beans where hot but hard and undercooked. The macaroni and cheese was cold dry and tasted awful bland and microwaved! Our food went in the trash and we went hungry since we paid so much on our food we wasn't going to go get food somewhere else. We will never eat here again and we definitely believe we deserve a refund! I should've known it wasn't going to be good when I walked in to get the food that there wasn't a single person in there eating or coming to pick up food and our food wasn't ready when I got there still had to wait for them to throw it in the microwave. Also the girl prepping our order was smoking her vape while making our food. ABSOLUTELY WORST! DO NOT EAT HERE! YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED.

Their delivery service is a rip-off. They left out the drink, got the sandwich wrong, and when I called they told me the drink machine was down and I had to go through the online app to get it refunded, they couldn't do it. But the online app mysteriously lost all records of my orders, so I couldn't get the drink refunded.

In short - they got the sandwich I ordered wrong and stiffed me on my drink, and I couldn't get the drink refunded. Very disappointed.

Made an online order at 5:15 to pick up at 5:45. Get here at 5:50 order hasn’t even been started. Only one person working. Ordered fruit punch on the website, not even offered at the restaurant. Didn’t have chicken or sweet BBQ sauce. No lids for the cups, trashes full, flies on the cups. For the price of the food I’d expect it to be ready when I come at the pick up time and fresh. Not just sitting in the oven. Meat will probably be very dry. Let’s hope not. Will update when I get home with the food. At this point, pick up was 25 minutes ago and I’m still waiting…. I really feel bad for the kid that was working as he was by himself. Never should be that way.

This is the place to go if you want nothing but fat and grizzle. Ordered the chopped brisket and half of it was fat disguised as bbq. The pull pork was cold and dry with no flavor. The ribs were cold and dried out. The sides were horrible as well, the fried okra was mushy. The bread looked raw and doughy soaking in what looked like a yellow substance supposed to be butter? Spent $115. Our family will never step foot in this establishment again.

The worst, most disgusting food ever. Save your money. If you’re gonna get food poisoning, at least get a good meal out of it. Dry meats, BLACK and double-microwaved potatoes, oxidized cheese, burnt toast. I predict next that their social media manager will write some half-a apology and provide an email alias that no one responds to. I’ve already emailed them twice and no response.
