Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Workers were awesome! And had great customer service. Food is always yummy!

Come in at 8:20pm and was refused service. Employees had chairs up on tables and were cleaning the kitchen. Restaurant doesn’t close till 9pm! Came in with over 30min before closing and was refused service. If I was the franchise owner I would be furious and absolutely clean house and get new staff that are interested in working and try and make money.

came in today got food for the family. service was great and so was the food ! will be stopping by again.

I used to visit Dickey's in general, not this location, first time here, and there are so many changes. Not being able to serve myself a variety of BBQ sauces was disappointing. At least I still got my Big Yellow Cup!
Anyway, there were flies all over the dining room, making it fairly problematic to eat in house. We had to bail early, or we were going to burn down the restaurant to spite the fly.
Dissecting my meal, I think I paid about 7 bucks for half a potatoes worth of fries, that tasted great, but it was a small portion.
If I had to think of where I want to spend 20 bucks next, I'll probably go elsewhere. I think there's effort here, but I don't these stores lasting too much longer. Dinner rush on a Tuesday, 7 guests in about an hour.

Amazing customer service, I accidently placed my order at the wrong location and they went out of their way to help me sort out the problem and made my food to perfection. This my third time ordering from this location and they are very friendly and fast with orders. Love this location will definitely be visiting again 🥰

Ordered online Sun 03/09/25. Picked up right before closing. Great Customer service and attentiveness from the two young men working hard. The food was yummy!!

Did an order online it said it would be ready by 6:30 pm. Came in and there was only one person working on 02-17-25 and had to wait 25 additional minutes cause they only have one employee trying to get lots of order ready. The manager or owner should be here working if they don’t have employees very disappointed on this location considering on taking my business somewhere else.

Drink machines were empty.
Way too high priced for this level of service.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

App wasn't working so went to the store. 2 meat plates actually come with 1 portion and the honey hot sandwich is literally just a fried chicken patty between 2 pieces of bread. They didn't even provide honey hot sauce. Dismally disappointing.

It was my first time ordering from here. I had big expectations from this place. I had placed an order online for curbside pickup. When I got there, I waited for 10 more minutes, then decided to go in and get my food. When I walked in, there was one couple and another person on the counter. Seemed odd since I had to walk in for my order. Place looked pretty empty to me. The food was ok. I ordered the brisket chopped, ordered potato salad, macaroni and cheese. The brisket itself felt dry, and it was cold. There is NO CURBSIDE PICKUP area.

I love the customer service and two nice young men named Pablo and Isaiah recommended some items on the menu and overall best barbecue

Really bad food. My wife and I NEVER complain about food. We get it. You're busy sometimes and maybe the food isn't perfect but our food was just bad from here. Baked potato was almost clear and super bland. Meat was flavorless and cold. Also the online menu apparently doesn't match what is in store. Ordered the brisket Mac and was told they don't even carry mac at this location. Not sure why it's on the menu. Ordered 30 minutes ahead of arrival and went in and had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes in the store. Just a really bad experience all together. I asked for a refund in store and was told they can't do refunds and I would have to submit a request online. That was a few weeks ago and I have yet to hear from any management. Don't eat here.

The macaroni and cheese was burned the lettuce salad look old, turkey was dried. I asked for a refund and the owner refused.

Mac and cheese was gross, ran out of crispy chicken hamburgers. Do not recommend it

Food was not hot and rib hard and old and no taste
