Our delivery driver, Jeremiah, was polite and prompt. Our pizza was unfortunately burned, but I understand things go wrong sometimes. So I called the next day and spoke with Shelby. She was amazing! She's extremely understanding and more than made up for it with her customer service and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Keep up the great customer service Domino's at 83rd and Van Buren 😎

My pizza was burnt and had hardly any cheese.

Everything was almost perfect. Besides the atmosphere, there was barely any type of anything going on. But besides that, they were polite and did ask if I need anything else?

DISGUSTING!!! This is my 3rd time ordering & each and every time my order has been cold and not fully cooked. And there’s always over an hour wait. Very disappointed in this location

I didn’t have a problem with a phone in order. Then again it’s Thursday night and not busy. None the less its 5 stars for now..

I ordered pizza delivered to my home. I didn’t answer the door after they knocked because I was really busy, and they returned my pizza to the store. I had to wait two hours on a single box for delivery, and the store is five minutes away. What is the staff doing? They make it really complicated than it has to be! How hard is it drop off a pizza?

Shelby canceled my paid order just because they were closing in 40 minutes

This dominoes is fantastic! Definitely the best I’ve been to the lady that is always working is super nice and has great customer service. Food is always fast hot and correct. We work across the street and now we get pizza from here at least once a week. Thank you!
