This place takes FOREVER! it's exaggerated I understand people get busy but when you got people on line for near an hour because the customers are too busy talking non stop with the car or often the line takes long because they're taking drinks out to their friends that completety are in the back of the line multiple occas1ions already. Only this location does this Horrible customer service unless your their friends...

This is the 3rd time that I waited over 25 minutes in the walk up line to get my coffee. Today I asked the lady taking my order about how long and she looked at her co worker and was mean girl rude like how dare I ask for a time frame after already having 2 horrible experiences. She told me 10 minutes so 15 minutes later I walked up to window and see my drink off to the side with everyone that placed an order and asked about my drink she lied and said it was just made I can tell right away the drink was made wrong and when I took that first horrible sip I knew and went back up to window that they made the drink wrong and asked how long I would have to wait lucky only 5 more minutes!! This sucks that I'm going to have to find a different location cause this one disappointed me too many times. I just want my overpriced coffee in under 20 minutes geeeeez.

I just happened to be in the area and swung in this Dutch Bros and a young lady named Elizabeth helped me in line. We had great conversation. She’s very cheery and appears to love her job. It’s refreshing to have someone who is enjoying their job.! so thank you, Elizabeth’

The line sucked, idk whyyyyy there’s a 2nd lane for pick up orders but online orders isn’t available, but anyway - KIMBERLY is so sweet cute and a good barista. We were worried w the long line our drinks would be premade and melted but she made our drinks to perfection, asked if we needed mods, and was quick with it. Good job!! When Customer service rocks, all the other little things are eh.

Don’t come here if you’re expecting to wait 30 plus minutes for one single drink, wasn’t even that busy for the wait time to be that high! Plus I ordered at the window before wait time even longer and drive thru is crazy. They changed there lines which just makes it even longer. There drink quality at this location changed, I should stick to the one at 83 and Peoria

Products are great. Lines are long. But ordering online sometimes is not correct. Online portal gave me estimated time and stated it was ready. When you get to the online pickup window, that's not always the case, because sometimes they do not start making it till you get there and ask for it.

Derick is my favorite favorite shift lead.! He is amazing, hard worker, and is always happy to help. I love that every time I want to try a different drink, Derick gives me options and is super patient. I do not feel rush to make a decision.
The staff at this location is the best! They care about customers and they are super fast!
