Coffee is as expected amazing as always. The atmosphere was less than desirable, however. Several homeless individuals along the drive thru line. Furthermore, music was way too loud! When the server has to yell to take your order, you know it needs to he lowered. Nevertheless, I came for coffee, and the pumpkin Brule was phenomenal.

I had ordered chai and they gave me straight up coffee. I went back and told them so and they told me they would ‘remake’ the drinks but they still gave me coffee. The girl at the front looked lost and like she didn’t know what she was doing

3 o clock is literally the worst time to come to this location waited in line for over 35 minutes the worst- just wanted to add today is 09/18/2024 not sure which team is there right now but this is the third time they make the coffee to perfection shout out to that team I was there between 6:45 and 7
