Coffee is as expected amazing as always. The atmosphere was less than desirable, however. Several homeless individuals along the drive thru line. Furthermore, music was way too loud! When the server has to yell to take your order, you know it needs to he lowered. Nevertheless, I came for coffee, and the pumpkin Brule was phenomenal.
Always friendly that’s not the problem . I hate to give a bad review so I’m still leaving a 4 star but every single time I come it’s an hour wait. They take extremely long for a short line. I work in customer service that is timed for drive thru I really think they need to incorporate that here some time soon because an hour wait is a bit ridiculous. The short line tricks me every time. It’s a known thing around the valley that this location is extremely slow. ?
Either they are very understaffed, or they dont care about their customers time. This is the 3rd time I have visited this location between 4:30-5:00 pm and had to wait in line an excessive length of time, so far today, 25 minutes!. It is a hot day so I get they do not want to stand in the sun ( no canopy) to take orders, but i have seen at other locations where the barista's carry umbrellas for shade, and / or set up 5 gallon buckets with portable misting units. This is ridiculous!
