I do not recommend this location. I went today and they have a SERIOUS bee problem. This has been prevalent for months, and today my drink had a large bee in it. I went back to complain and did not receive an apology, and they didn’t seem surprised either.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Dutch Bros! I was so excited for the order ahead release as this will help me drastically and definitely allow me to spend more money there ? however, the last two consecutive times I’ve ordered ahead I’ve had to wait 5-10 minutes upon arrival for my drinks(2) even be made. I have literally watched an entire drive thru clear before I received my order. What’s the point in ordering ahead if it’s not going to be made until I arrive? I’m really hoping this isn’t going to be the normal service. For anyone wondering, I’ve been ordering 10-15 in advance.

Very poor service came on a Sunday stood at the window. Was asked to wait. Waited a while before the young lady came to the window and ask, can I help you? and it was at least five customers behind me

Ever thought of a “pick up” window for online orders. It’s not fair to have to wait for 20 minutes when I place my online order 35 minutes ago and clearly stated my drink would be ready in 10 minutes. I show up and my drink has not been made nor started. If you order online please be aware your drink will not be ready at the time stated on Dutch app. What a waste of time for people who have jobs and places to be!

I seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here! The service is amazing! Goner helped me create a caramel pumpkin brulee cold brew as sugar free and nonfat as possible. It was delicious! So happy that this location is on my way to work! I will always stop here for some good skinny ice coffee❤️

I love this location and am so happy that it is opened! The service is fantastic! They are all super sweet and fast! I took my dog, Deliliah, there for her birthday pup-cup! She loved the new shorter cup as her little snout didn’t fit in the previous one. Thank you for being so thoughtful!

Everyone is always so nice, and my drink is always made just right. Even when they are busy, they are always kind with a smile. I am always happy to make the 15-minute drive from home to this dutch bro rather than go to the one down the street.
