This location has catered or warehouse lunches during peak for several years. Always friendly helpful and good food. Our employees love the box lunch they do for us.

Ordered online on a Sunday evening place was pretty empty except for people waiting for almost an hour for sandwiches. Dropped one of our sandwiches and had to remake it took another 15mins. Service is terrible food is pretty good.

Omg I just came to the Firehouse subs on 99th Ave and McDowell an had the absolute Best sandwich I’ve had in sooo long!! Gabriella made my sandwich and my day! If you have time for a sandwich I recommend you stop in here!!! The service was amazing

Like to support local business and the cause, but I seriously $44.00+ for "2 Sandwiches?" I know "Inflation" is the new thing but my pay is still the same. How can we support with these prices. If the prices were fair then you will
have returning customers and the place would be full not empty. Come on Firehouse we want to support but not at that price.

You guys should really learn to read ticket orders. You guys get my order wrong every single time when I order Uber eats. Hoping maybe this time they will actually get it right. Train train train. As a chef I’m completely convinced these guys have no idea what they are doing.

I don’t normally write reviews but the manager at this location was unbelievable rude. It was fairly empty when I showed up so there was no excuse for her actions. While I was looking at the menu and ordering the manger who was white and in her 30s-40s was yelling at her employee who is a teenager. The reason for her yelling was that the employee didn’t have time to cut meet during the rush hour…. It is one thing to talk to your employee in private about expectations but to yell at her in front of customers is absolutely inappropriate and insane. There was absolutely no reason for a manager to talk that that and try to embarrass her employee especially in front of customers.
