Firehouse Subs Crossroads At Tolleson

Probably the best firehouse sub I’ve ever had, ingredients were fresh and applied generously. Used the app and subs were made as ordered. Staff were friendly.

I placed an order on through door dash as a pick up Oder due to door dash offering a good deal for a 6 inch sub for $6.70. I get there & the guy asks for my name I provided it. He looked at the bags that were there and walked away to look somewhere else. He came back and asked again for my name so I then tell him again my name. He shuffles through the bags again and finally gives me the bag he looked at twice. I double checked and yes it was mine. So I leave and get home to dig in. The bread is soggy 1st and foremost. However I was hungry so I said forget it. I finish up the first half and as I'm chewing I feel something that won't break down. I spit it out and there's paper in the middle of the sandwich. I'm highly upset.

We absolutely love our local Firehouse Subs location! 🙌🏻 & once again, we were reminded why we adore dining at this Firehouse Subs exclusively. The food is always hot and prepared deliciously perfect by exceptional staff such as Gabriella, one of their awesome sub connoisseurs. ❤️ We recommend anyone come in try one of their many Subs options like their Captain's Club or meaty Italian and see for their selves. Also, don't forget to raid their hot sauce bar if you want to sabor all different levels of spices. 🔥

How would I be able to receive coupons in the mail? It would definitely be something that would drive me coming to Firehouse a lot more. I don't occasionally like to spend $20 to $30 on a lunch everyday when I go out, but a coupon would definitely lead me in

I always go to this place I've been to other sub places, but Firehouse is truly fire. Everything about it from the service to the food everything.

Nothing good to say!I arrived at location at 7:00pm finally got order at 7:15 after watching several walk-in customers being served before me. Got home and both sandwiches were not only prepared wrong but they were both soggy to the point of being WET. Bread was soaked! Spent $40 and waited over 55 minutes for 3 sandwiches that were thrown away. I want my money back and demand someone from your organization reach out to do so or u lost another customer! This location is terrible!

The younger lady working in the store was very disrespectful I went into the store around 7:00 I had asked for the cookie deal and it was on there since 2022 and they looked at me all stupid and telling me that I was lying to me she had the nerve to tell me that I was lying to her why advertise if it's not true services is bad new guy didn't know what he was doing messed up my order charge me double for the item don't ever come to this disrespectful restaurant

Firehouse Subs aren't as good and big as they use to be.

Had the new French dip it was delicious!
