I was given the incorrect order and was not offered a refund or to have my food remade because "we have it right here". Uon requesting my cold food be remade I was still not offered or given a receipt, forced to keep the incorrect order for my personal trash receptacle, and made to wait for my food to be "remade". What i received was the same old food that was put back on a grill for 10 minutes burning the burger as well as refrying the side making them burnt to a crisp and to hard to eat. Again, no refund was give or offered. I'd recommend going anywhere else, clearly the staff is too inexperienced to perform regular work duties.

Great food and service as always. Not busy. But the smell of backed up sewer made it impossible for me to enjoy my food. And at todays prices, I hope they find a solution soon

Is it me or did the food taste a bit off. Have ordered there a few times, there food in the kitchen cooking doesn't smell good like it should

I will start out with the food had good flavor, I ordered chicken strips, my husband ordered a steak burger was over $12.00 should have only cost about 5.00 if that. My custard shake was more like chocolate milk. This is the second time we have ordered from Freddy’s and will be the last time. We will order from Farmer Bros from now on, their food is great and when you order something you get your moneys worth.

Came in today to pick up a complementary order from a bad order from almost a month ago. I was relieved that Craig K gave me outstanding service and honored the free mail. I really enjoyed coming to this location as always clean. It’s always happy and has good vibes and energy, if I could give more stars I would because genuine good customer service is really saying nowadays want to say thanks again to Craig for helping me which is a big reason why I’m a Fred head ??
