Got the Voucher from Groupon, tried the ceviche and tortas, it was good!
Raspado - the ice is not shaved it’s more a snow cone consistency too crunchy hurt my teeth
Nachos - chips were stale and cheese is cold
Yesterday 10/15/2025, I went to get a elote and a raspado, to start the elote had a lot of water and made it nasty over all bad as for the raspado what could I say, it was bad as well and gave me diarrhea
The churro split was so good!! Can't go wrong with their shakes. Very delicious. And the girl with blue hair that took our order was very nice and answered all our questions.
Overpriced and need more staff.
Absolutely terrible. This is by far the worst Frutilandia location. They scam customers with ridiculous prices and pathetic portions — $12 for what they call a “fruit raspado,” which is really nothing more than a pile of ice, watered-down juice, and a tiny scoop of ice cream. The service is just as bad: careless, unprofessional, and consistently disappointing. This isn’t a one-time mistake either — I’ve given them multiple chances, and they’ve failed every single time. Save yourself the money and the frustration: you’re better off buying fresh fruit and ice cream at the store and making it at home. You’ll get way more value, better quality, and none of the insult of being ripped off here.
Awesome service and great items to choose from. Ice cream cones to mangonadas!
Stopped in for lunch today at Fruitlandia, a chain of restaurants and snack shops in the Phoenix, Arizona area that specialize in fresh fruit-based desserts, such as raspados (shaved ice), fresas con crema (strawberries with cream), macedonias (fruit salads), and various fruit and ice cream drinks. The establishments also offer savory Mexican food, including items like Sonoran hot dogs, carne asada fries, and ceviche, serving a combination of sweet and savory. My wife tried the Sonoran dogs combo with fries and a drink for $8.49. I selected the ceviche tostada; both were excellent. The ceviche was the bomb and a deal at $7.50. We have to go back to try some of the raspados and fruit drinks.
Purchased a mango sliced with tajin and lemon and the girl put chamoy and when I told her it was wrong she dumped the mango in the sink and rinsed it off and served it back to me.
The food and drinks were delicious!! Staff was super friendly!!
