Worst drive thru experience at 12am Nov 17th. Had to repeat order several times until it popped up correctly on screen after 10 minutes at the speaker. Pulled up to the window and was only given half our order, and when we asked where the rest is we were told, "you never said any of that." With no means of even rectifying the situation. Had to buy food somewhere else.

Worst Jack In The Box lI have been too hands down! 2nd time in and the same thing. Food was terrible, waited far too long for being the only person there, and the person at the register/ gave me my food said 4 words to me, that's it.

This is the absolute worst Jack in the box to come to. This is absolutely the worst Jack in the box! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I don't know what the employees think here? But it's very obvious that they have no experience with customer service. I was asked to pull around to the other side of the building and wait on my food, and once I did, my fries were literally cold and so was my sandwich. I'm not sure what the issue was? But had they been a little bit more customer service friendly I may have been more understanding. But I was just barked orders at it like I wasn't a paying customer! Do not come to this location! And if you do, you have no one to blame but yourself because you have been warned

The lady (manager) in charge of the 2am shift is never prepared. Can’t order breakfast because the grill is always dirty. She inconsistent, not sure if she’s still getting high. She’ll lie in a second. Save your money

Rude employees. Dirty building inside and out. Saw roaches crawling on a tabletop inside the drive thru ?
Just expect to wait for a while. They always ask you to pull up in front on the opposite side of the drive-thru. I have never been handed my food at the window.. it could be a good thing or a bad thing. Usually my food is decent.

Avoid this place. We placed an online order, it said it was ready at the drive-through said you’ll have to pull around and wait. 20 minutes later no food, no other vehicles got their food. We left. They now have my money and we have no food.

Only been to this location. A couple of times they have done an excellent job with their customer service and whatever they need to handle and take care. Just be polite and respectful and they will show you the same right back. The only thing I did not like was. The bathroom was a little dirty and they had to kick someone out of the bathroom for going in there and doing something that wasn't supposed to In the end of my order, right? I'm was missing a few items and had to not argue but had a disagreement about it, but I didn't up getting my food
Kid-friendliness: It's. Not a bad atmosphere for your kids. Just be careful in case you see someone walking and go straight to the bathroom. Like they're going to go do drugs But the employees usually make sure that gets taken care of before it happens
