This location is horrible. The two times I have been here it has been pretty bad. The first time I came I paid for a double bacon smash burger and they gave me a single plain value burger. The second time I came I got an Oreo shake and it tasted like grease some how.. tasted like I was licking a dirty pan. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered splash #5 n 2 burgers what I got was no 2 hamburgers and dont know what this single hamburger is service 2 maybe 3 but paid for 2burgers and #5 Spalsh and didn't get anything close and paid for my order don't recommend this place to anyone

The woman working the register at 1:00 am on 7/13 was very rude and impatient and disrespectful to me and my son. She grabbed the money from me and we were told to pull around to spot 2 and she would be out as soon as she could. And our shakes were a big mess all over our cups. And she didn't even apologize for her attitude.

On 06/29/25 at 10:25 PM, I had a frustrating drive-thru experience. It’s not like McDonalds with two windows. The employee seemed out of it—asked if I’d already paid, got my order wrong or someone else’s. She took my order again and still charged me incorrectly. I was told to go around to park and waited in line behind three cars. When it was finally my turn, she came out empty-handed and asked for my order again. I eventually got my food, but was still charged incorrectly. Didn’t want to bring my receipt but I paid $12 for just a Jr. Cheeseburger and small fries.

Good customer service & always has full menu available to order off of & actually open 24hrs!
Drove all the way home to Laveen for my son to have no fry’s in his kids meal. This is so upsetting.
I strongly feel you guys should have a drug policy because for her to be blowing smoke out the drive thru window as we’re waiting is inappropriate. She refused to give me her name.

Worst experience ever stop at 6am when in waiting 10 min lots of people working nobody to even take your order they just look at you is all they do . That’s why know a days business nobody can multitask
Tried to place a drive thru order and got turned away because they were busy with online orders but they were very rude to me and my family about it.
We showed up and got screamed at through the speaker asking what we wanted, the person taking our order was rude and was rushing us even though they weren’t on a rush. We then got our food and there were missing items. Overall, rude staff (order taker)

If you're stopping here DONT...JUST KEEP GOING!! I live close by and avoid like the plague this morning I said why not I was headed in from work. I should've known what to expect when the employee was arguing with a customer in the drive thru. My salad had a few scatters of lettuce, not even a quarter full.. all of my fryer items were burnt black, my dog even rejected the food. I called and the manager had attitude and hung up on me after demanding I bring the food back. I spent $38.28. I'll never return. And wanted to warn honest people, the reviews are probably fake because everyday people know it's horrible service mixed with horrible food and zero accountability.
The food was fresh and the team meber was very nice and respectful
It was very busy with a few employees working hard it took a bit but the food was fresh and they showed excellent customer service. Antonio was great and help make sure everything with our order was right.
The service we had here was phenomenal! One of the employees, José (Juarez or Suarez) went above and beyond to make sure that I got my hash brown that I had forgotten. Honestly best help and consideration I've ever received at a fast food place!
Two people in line including us. Still had to pull around and wait for our food. Crew member that took our order had 0 people skills! Order for the person in front of us was brought out, turns out, it was actually OUR order! How do you mess up when there's literally only two orders??
