Just expect to wait for a while. They always ask you to pull up in front on the opposite side of the drive-thru. I have never been handed my food at the window.. it could be a good thing or a bad thing. Usually my food is decent.

Only been to this location. A couple of times they have done an excellent job with their customer service and whatever they need to handle and take care. Just be polite and respectful and they will show you the same right back. The only thing I did not like was. The bathroom was a little dirty and they had to kick someone out of the bathroom for going in there and doing something that wasn't supposed to In the end of my order, right? I'm was missing a few items and had...

So food is alright, we ordered two Jr Cheeseburgers and they gave us Jumbo Jack's and when we tried to get it switched they had an attitude and my husband just left it as is. The service obviously sucks, they aren't friendly at all, it's like they're trying to rush you. They have open dirt space to expand the drive area, especially when you have to wait for your order, that could definitely be bigger but hey you get what you ask for.
