I did a mobile order and went to pick it up first thing was the lady was not friendly just gave me my order and than shut the window but then once I went home I saw a burger was missing from my order and not just that also got both of my burger orders wrong and was supposed to only have goog good sauce and mustard but just did mayo and mustard and ketchup and my other burger is plain and just to let you know I was CHARGED for the good good sauce and the burger was dry and looks like the patty has been just sitting there worst experience ever😡

Normally good food. Issue was on christmas eve, They were one of the few places still open, however when you pulled up to the drive through they tell you that they cannot take orders because their system has been down, and that the only way to get food is to order doordash. Also, Their drive through has no side exit, so you had a huge line of folk who were stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes to not be able to order anything. If you cannot accept orders, Close the drive through, dont keep it open cause you are lazy and trap people in your enclosed drive through.

Came to order the loaded wedges and the forgot to put bacon. Not only that but somw of the potatoes were still solid, not cooked all the way. They didn't give me a receipt and everytime I call it rings then hangs up.

I went tonight and ordered simple tacos but asked for a little more lettuce and hot sauce but got old tacos. I live to far to just drive back. What happened to making our food fresh when we order. We will not got back here again.
Thank you I love my tacos plus they gave me plenty sauces and Ranch which I did not ask for but I truly appreciate it we went to Taco Bell next door and we did not get any sauces but we did ask for some unbelievable

Idk who worked on Oct 25th (Saturday) around 4:00AM but I was SOOO hungry so I made an order through Ubereats. To whoever made my Ubereats order I hope you get a raise. My driver had to take a small detour otw but even then my food was still hot & scrumptious 😩🫶
