Sometimes the food is fresh & hot , other times not so much & nothing worse than cold fast food which isn't cheap anymore. No matter how many times you repeat your order to the employees , they still don't give you your order .....only a variation of the order that was given. Nothing makes your day like getting all the way home with your families food , ONLY to have to get back in your vehicle to go back to the store to try to get the order that was originally ordered ! The atmosphere, it was great , only after leaving the restaurant because...hey , we're in sunny Phoenix 🌞

Every morning, I stop by at 4 AM, and they tell me they’re rebooting the system. I could never get my food, even though Jack-in-the-Box says it’s open 24 hours a day.

Drive thru order. When I got home 2 of three meals was the wrong orders the young man also forgot to include the 2 tacos. It’s not the first time this has happened to me. They need to take their time to double check the orders before placing it the bag. I called several times but the goes no where. Not satisfied at all.
