This place is wild. If you pay in cash and don't have exact change, they round up to the nearest dollar. Not giving that change back seems like a basis for a consumer fraud complaint in my opinion. Look up AZ HB2683, provision 2. .....

This is honestly one of the worst KFCs I ever been to. I was picking up a door dash order and waited for 30 minutes just for the order. There were multiple people waiting in the lobby for their food. Someone stood at the counter for 20 mins just trying to order food and she didn’t get helped by anyone. If I get an order for this location again I will not pick it up!

This place is run terribly. Went to pick up an order l drive-thru get told condescendingly that I need to go inside they can’t hand me my order through the window. Next time I come through the lobby door is lock so I have to go through drive thru and magically they can hand me my food through the window. Food orders backed up but the kids inside are running around between Dutch bros not working. Not cooking. Just laughing and hanging out. I’m now 20 minutes past my promised order time and I’m just waiting for a mashed potato bowl.

Was there today at 1:45 .2 dingbats that working paid NO attention to lobby ,turns out register down They could've put sign up...A little communication ladys,its not that difficult. New place sks,.Go to dysart and van buren location that place is usually on point

I had a great experience at this KFC thanks to Anthony and Steffany! Both were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my order was fresh and exactly right. Anthony greeted me with a smile and kept the line moving quickly, while Steffany double-checked everything and made sure I had what I needed before I left. It’s rare to find staff who are this attentive and courteous. They made my visit smooth and enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back!
