Love this place best snacks!! The Naco Elote is my absolute favorite!!

I was excited to try this restaurant after hearing good things, so l arrived at 9:30 p.m. to grab a cup of corn, chips and a raspado before closing. Unfortunately, I found the girl at the counter talking to Guy friend and giving him a free drink while we waited then, she proceeded to let us know, There was no hot items available because she had already turned everything Off!. even though the listed closing time was 10 p.m. It was disappointing, especially since I made a special trip with my sister. It would be helpful if the restaurant could update their online hours or post a notice about early closures so customers don't make the trip unnecessarily. I hope to try the food soon and have a better experience next time.

The aqua de melon was ok nothing I would go back for and the raspado de Pina was disgusting and they put the wrong fruit in it.

I have been coming to Carreta de Lily since I was pregnant of my son, 17 years ago! The original is on 27th and Van Buren (where the owner Lilia worked) it deeply saddens me to come to this location to receive such horrible service. The workers here seem to HATE their job. They never have anything in stock, place is always dirty and this has been going on for a while. Lilia you need to hire people that will take care of what you and your family worked so hard for!

My family loves the food but prices are truly ridiculous. The cashier “girl” has attitude EVERYTIME we go. Super short with you doesn’t smile and is very unwelcoming. I see many other reviews saying the same yet management has not changed anything. It’s a shame because the store is often dirty, they are always out of something, and the same cashier is always there.

I got the elote en vaso and Fresca with cream. Both were delicious. It's a bit pricey for the product but it's good. The employee made my order pretty fast, wasn't very customer service friendly but not rude either..

Took a risk coming here after reviews. Food was mediocre, the elote was delicious though. Nachos were basic but the cheese was nicely hot. The churro loko wasn't the best. There's no complimentary water here, only bottled and for sale.I didn't get any attitude however I can tell what the other reviewers mean by poor customer service. They'll smirk when there's a potential for an interaction to go bad, odd experience. The place was clean but there were no people.

If you have a sweet tooth and want some ice cream with a little twist you definitely want to go here! The place is small, clean, and you are able to eat there IF you want to. Staff is young but seemed nice and the couple of times that I went it wasn’t that busy so that was a huge plus and pricing wasn’t too bad either.

Kid-friendliness: You can definitely get the kids sugared up here! ?Lol! Don’t walk in thinking you’ll get something for yourself they have candy sitting right by the register so expect to get something for the kids if you have children.

Stay away from this place. They never placed my order properly, there is always something missing. And when you try calling them, their phone doesn’t work. The products are old, never fresh and the place is always dirty!!

Antijos are good, but every time I go, it's always dirty. The tables, chairs, floors, and restroom. I hope they encourage their workers to maintain and clean so that their customers won't be disappointed.

The girl that works there has a horrible attitude . Her customer service is bad , if she doesn’t want to work there she should find a new job. The owner needs to find someone that enjoys to be there and deal with people, someone that doesn’t mind customers walking in and ordering.

Service is horrible, cashier seems like she hates her job, they treat you as if you were asking them to give you something and their talk is more interesting than serving the customer well, peanuts were expired,
