They gave me the nastiest looking pizza with about 3 inches of crust all around. I visit the city often and I will never go back to this location.

Amazing how a person can ruin a franchise the so-called manager Gabriel show me some horrible pizzas full of sauce no cheese and the burnt crust I asked him if he could exchange them he said that once someone opens the box and she cannot do anything about it and had a major attitude disrespecting and using foul language you could do better for your buck who knows what's going on in the kitchen not safe not sanitary young kids managing recommended stay away

They definitely dont make pizza like they use too, I ordered in person and waited inside , the staff looked miserable, the pizzas were over cooked and the toppings were burnt , the little toppings they gave me anyway , I had them make me a new pizza ,one was absolutely horrible, this use to b my favorite location but I will not be returningvnor recommend this location. Only positive was the cute cashier guy .

Placed an order at 11 PM last night and without any hesitation they processed the order made the food and delivered it right at midnight even though their store was Closing at midnight the food‘s always good and hot and fresh!! Our family appreciates them for the nights when this mama don’t want to cook. And having all boys in the house it’s a no brainer to get Little Caesars Pizza! Ask for extra cheese sprinkles on the crazy bread and trust me when I tell you ask them to put the cheese on the pizza as a topping and you’ll never go back! It’s the best!

I understand the place gets busy and thats why I order on the app and wait for confirmation before going inside. I got my confirmation and went inside to a very crowded lobby. My app said to see the person at the counter. I did that and he said its not ready. Little did I know that the majority of the people in the lobby were standing there for the same reason. I got a second confirmation email 15 minutes after the first one and it still wasn't ready. 20 minutes after I got confirmation that my order was ready, it was finally loaded into the portal box. I hit the code and grabbed my boxes and went home. I didnt notice until I got home 5 minutes later that they forgot the sauce I paid for and that my food was luke warm. I understand the difficulties of staffing and I would have no problem waiting but I got 2 confirmations that my order was ready and the guy at the counter had no idea about my order or the order for the 5 other people beside me that received the same confirmations as I did. The food was good even though I had to heat it up in the microwave. The lobby was clean and in great shape, but do better with the automated notification process, Little Ceasars!

I hadn’t had LC in 10 years. It’s right by the house and they had a good special. Guest were piling up with orders not coming out. Mine took way longer than I expected after ordering an hour ahead. Ten mins after the projected time I asked for an estimated time and the guy goes “still not ready”. Thanks, my guy. Never again. And sorry to the angry food delivery guys…that wait sucks

The worst Cesar’s honestly. I think the pictures speak for itself. The cheesy bread is basically burnt, the pizza has so much crust and isn’t even cut! I had to add cheese to the bread… better off going to 107th they are a tad better. I should of known not to come here from the reviews

Made an online order Nov.4,2025 6:19pm, said pizza is going to be be ready by 6:35 on the app I get there a little bit over the 6:35 and pizza wasn’t ready. Went to the gas station for some drinks and headed back went inside and still wasn’t ready nobody was at cash register to ask if they got my order. Few minutes passed it’s already almost 7 o’clock I get the pizza I checked to see if they had buffalo ranch and they didn’t it had 2 of the m garlics ones so I started walking away. Lady in the back came at me excuse me did they you take some ranch, told her no I was looking for buffalo ranch. I was super confused for her to even acuse me of that if she didn’t even care who was in the store. Pizza took forever, felt so uncomfortable, and no customer service.

My stepsons requested Little Caesars for lunch since they love the little crazy puffs they have. They were super happy with the order we received and inhaled the food immediately. We got all the items pictures for under $20 so it felt like a great deal.

Order online for pickup after we passed by and noticed the new location being open. It was done right on time but the front counter girl was so busy talking to her friend she was being rushed and rude. I had to go back in to get the items she’s missed and blamed my son for not waiting even though my 12 year old son is the one who read the order and said mom she’s too busy talking to her friend and wasn’t listening to me for the sauces she missed. I checked the pizza an realized they looked like regular pizzas and not the extra most bestest we ordered. Didn’t bother to go back since we just left football practice and had a baby ready for bed. Just make sure you check the pizza orders before leaving.

Terrible customer service. The cashier working on 10/14/2025 around 9pm, glasses and long hair, gave me the worse experience I could imagine at a Little Cesars. This was my 1st impression of this place. I placed an online order, I had to check in twice, before my order was complete. I had to go over my own order, and complete my order by asking for my sauce for my breadsticks. She very rude, and unpleasant. Please coach that cashier on customer service skills
