Horrible service, i ordered during monopoly menu, and all the time I ordered a large drink they gave me a regular cup, today the window lady told me that they don’t have monopoly cups while she was holding a bunch of monopoly cups, i was exited about this location in tolleson, now was my last day ordering in this place.

If you're on the freeway, and you're getting off on 91ave and McDowell, and you're looking for a quick bite and you're in a hurry stop by the McDonald's. exactly on 91ave Avenue and McDowell. On the south east end of the light. Their drive through is quick and simple order. You pay and get your food. There's really no wait time. Because their workers are great workers and they serve food fast breakfast. And dinner. They stop serving at 10:30am for breakfast. Yes, and then they serve dinner all day and night till 5 AM. Like I mentioned, if you're looking for a good meal in your hurry and you're trying to get it to go I recomman you stop by McDonald's great franchise. Delicious tasting food

This location needs to improve immensely!!! Past few months every time we go there out of things. No sodas, Frappe machine broken. Not understanding how its a brand new location and Frappe machine is broke ?? No chocolate milk.... French fries are always cold and old tasting, even when you ask for fresh ones.

I honestly thought that it was just a normal mistake but naw if you ever come come to this location just ask what’s in the menu because even if you pay extra for item or toppings they will still give you the regular item, I can’t express this enough that this employees don’t really care about what’s the items in the order supposed to be, but hey they at least not rude they don’t don’t care about making the orders it they are customized, so I I only stop here if there’s no other place open.

Poor customer service. They see you standing there and don’t even acknowledge your presence or give a simple, we will be right with you. They just continue doing whatever they are doing. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to even utter a word to me. If the order wasn’t already paid for through the app , I would’ve left . Smh never coming back again
I ordered a combo without a condiment and a side and it was a grueling process. Cashier just seemed to be adding toppings and removing them arbitrarily at random. Maybe it's a pain to remove mustard on the cashier's end, I guess.
Food came out wrong first try.
After that they gave me a replacement that was wrong too. It took 4 times to get my order and it was served with unmelted cheese and a sneer for not just smiling and eating the wrong order. Herculean task to get a combo from this one

Was a long wait, get to the window and she’s nice but she had an attitude. Got told pull to the second window for my drink. I’m a very patient person, but when I wait 10 minutes just to get upset so I pull away to go in. Says they open the lobby at 5 and it was still locked so I had to go back thru the very slow drive thru. Now my foods cold and I’m quite annoyed

This McDonalds has such horrible service. It seems like the employees hate their job… I’m sorry you work there but that isn’t my fault. The workers do not ever great you or even acknowledge you. They can’t even say please give me one moment just complete silence. There’s a thin light hispanic girl maybe mid 20s super rude at 2nd window. One time I went she practically tossed my order almost dropped the kids meal. She closed the window so fast I didn’t even have a moment to ask for sauce that I had literally placed on my online ordered that I was asking for. I gave it another chance went back since it’s close to home. All workers were rude didn’t greet you. The 1st window lady was rude then 2nd window had to come ask what my order was. They took a while to give me the food which was only 3 items. And food was cold. Fries were cold and burgers. I called asked to speak to the supervisor who said her name was Britany, super unprofessional. She got on the phone and just said hello ? No introduction or job title give . I had to ask what her name was if she was the supervisor. Every response was with an attitude I asked if there was anyone else or another supervisor I could speak too or when was a good time to call back she seemed irritated and asked what the problem was. I let her know we waited a while just to get cold food. She then asked as you got your food you didn’t check to see it was cold like excuse me mam I waited my food should not be cold whatsoever. And I told her no I didn’t feel the need to check my food I noticed it once arriving home. And she’s like okay soooo? Like the customer service here is awful !!!! C

First off my fries were red like they was eating Cheetos and touched my fries 2nd they forgot one of my fries third they didn’t make my burger plain and people at night are rude and always rushing when they have no line.
