Service needs serious attention . They always make mistakes in orders and late. Also the boy that works in front desk is lazy and looks like he don't like his job . Because if we don't hear the works inside alarm him that there is someone at the front, he will never show up

When my sister was paying she gave an 100 dollar bill although it was 15$. One of the workers was throwing a fit and said “It’s only 15 dollars oh my gosh, next time pay with something less.” They also didn’t even ask if it was take out or dine in so they ended up making the meal dine in. When my sister was standing at the cashier to ask if she can get a bag, the same worker said “Can someone go ask what she needs now?” Giving off attitude both times.

Last night I went to buy a cheeseburger and some “girl” aka the worker witch I don’t know if it was a girl says back to me “do you want a cheeseburger?” Like if I was a little kid or some type of baby. Crap service at drive through, drive through tenant tells me they are only serving breakfast at 3:30am which is good cause that’s what i wanted, but the dinner menu is still up. How am i supposed to order if i can’t see the menu i need? They tell me to come back in half an hour when it changes!! Are you serious? What kind of crap service is that?!?! Thanks but i will just take my business elsewhere!

Why do they play Christmas music? Has been playing since opened? Why is every time the sundae and mcflurry are out of order? No one at front counter EVER. No one ever says Hello, Hi, Welcome. Just put the damm robots in... It's 7pm. Is the soft serve down for cleaning AGAIN? Get 2, only take down ONE at a time. Called the number, put food on counter. No thank you, come back. Where is ANY customer service?

Well after ordering on app and having what money I had left to buy something to eat apparently when they're system goes down it takes you money with it for 2 to 3 business days...? I was trying to eat tonight not starve for 2 to 3 business days. So camt really rate the food as I didn't get any and service seemed better before but guess they don't have the same employees as when it opened. Better to just go to 99th or hit up jack in the box.../// update 8/1/2024 past couple app orders and ordering through drove thru have been fast and everything was right. So seems like they getting the groove now.
