What could have been a frustrating experience actually turned into a great one thanks to the outstanding service here. The Pizza Hut app was down and causing problems for a lot of customers, but an employee (I believe his name was Daniel) handled the situation with professionalism and care.

$2.00 personal pizzas sale. They were not prepared for the sale but there was a young kid with glasses and the manager helping everyone and kept apologizing for the wait. Not their fault but next sale maybe Pizza Hut should prepare them better.
