Being a foreigner from Hawaii where we treat each other like family and have encountered a plethora of rude people here in the mainland by careless & selfless individuals, I'd like to give a shoutout to Antonio, who not only was very kind and attentive to our late night Pizza Hut addiction, but was also very generous. Props to him for having this kind and positive attitude despite people who navigate the world being rude and impolite. Pizza is on point, wings are sauce-y. I will continue to support good attitude and fantastic service. MAHALO plenty my friend. Pizza Hut, you have a great asset in your hands!

Dont bother. I stopped ordering pizza because their premade crust was like cardboard. I have enjoyed the pasta but as of today it's off my list. The pasta has changed. Instead of actua pasta sauce it is more like pizza sauce. They have included pepperoni and the beef is like leather. Terrible. Plus instead of delivering it themselves they used door dash without proper instructions. The driver got lost. Horrible meal very disappointed. Never again

PLEASE do NOT waste your time or money!!! Granted the website works rather well. but that's where it stops. Recently ordered and was advised item would be delivered appx 7pm, (give or take 5 minutes) Location is maybe 1/2 mile from home, in some 10-15 yrs, only a couple of delays but mainly due to unforseen traffic issues/accidents. HOWEVER.... this time when I called to check 30 minutes after delivery time. The (alledged) mgr, advised the item was still at the store and they were waiting on a door dash delivery driver. SO by now the pizza is cold, I asked if they were going to remake and get someone to get it out... I was told by this same individual "That's never going to happen." At the time of this posting (8:15pm) nothing has been delivered. I'd suggest you either use another company or consider purchasing a fozen pizza or pick up the shell and make your own. PIZZA HUT just Isn't worth the effort, Your funds, or the wasted time involved.

Our order was delivered quickly, the food was hot, and it was great basic pizza. The deliver person was also courteous.

I ordered the Big New Yorker yesterday. Once I got it home I opened the box to discover a very overcooked and burnt pizza. I tried one slice hoping it would taste better than it looked. I was very wrong. It actually tasted worse than it looked if you can believe that. So I returned to the store hoping to get a non-burnt pizza to replace mine, but the lady behind the counter said "that's the way the come out". Um, I wonder if she's ever seen a pizza before. I've attached a picture of the pizza that apparently looked normal to her.

I called and this girl took my order. I get there and don't see my name on the screen. They verified the same address I went to. When i arrived only a man worked there and said they never received my order. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. I don't know how pizza hut handles their orders anymore but whatever they're doing ain't working.

Place an order online accidentally did carry out but wanted delivery so I called to change it to delivery 2 hours later I call the store back and my pizza is still there asked for a refund really bad customer service

They are like no other pizza hut family I have order from here on several occasions. I'm a total pizza lover. Anytime we order no matter what we order my family's wants are always taken care of here. They open the door if they arent as busy very kind they each have a unique sense of humor. I am very happy they are kind and fast. Need more Hut famies like this!!!
You're better off going across the parking lot to pizza hut on the corner if you want a fresher personal pan pizza with warmer breadsticks.

****PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING**** I made the mistake and didn't read the reviews before ordering because its Pizza Hut you kinda expect them to be decent right? Nope. As I'm typing this I have been waiting over 2 hours for my order. The app still says "Making your order" with no movement. I've called the store 3 times - each time waiting 15+ minutes. No answer just a recording telling me over and over I can get beer delivered with my order. So while I was waiting I decided to peep my face over on yelp and check the reviews. And lo and behold to my surprise, I'm not the first and if you skip this review I'm sure I won't be the last! I've decided to do what my lazy butt should have done in the first place which is cook my own dinner but I'm concerned about the $20 they charged me for 1 large pizza. What a waste, Pizza Hut. This location needs new ownership or to be shut down if it can't operate at minimum customer satisfaction.

It seems whoever is running this particular store is running into a lot of problems hiring people. Last night I ordered three pizzas 30 minutes after I ordered I got a call from the manager saying he was the only one in the building and his store was closed and he had canceled my order for me. This was at 10:00 p.m. Tonight I tempted door to three more pizzas using the application. No way, no matter which part of the menu I used in the app I kept being defaulted to try again. It appears that Pizza Hut no longer cares about keeping their applications up so that they can continue to do business with people. Tonight I called the store and after it rang 13 times somebody picked the phone up and hung it up. I then attempted to use the primary number for Pizza Hut to order a pizza and after I gave my information to the young man he informed me that the store was not delivering tonight. I guess it is time to begin going to the mom and pop pizza shops. Why they may not deliver at least you do not get disrespected. Goodbye Pizza Hut! Maybe one day soon the people who run Pizza Hut will realize how they have allowed their organization to be running the ground and try to salvage their company before it winds up in the dustbin with the hard crust that I'm eating pizzas!

it's not bad.. i was hesitant because of all the bad reviews but this place is fast and awesome! the employees are sweet and hardworking :) i will be coming back !
