I have eaten here a few times recently. The food is good and the people are friendly!

Spicy chicken sandwich is good!

I went there to get food for the family, 3 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches. We only got 2 and they were the regular ones. Also the strawberry biscuit didn’t even have a strawberry on it. The biscuit was hard as a rock in the bottom. My rewards code from the receipt isn’t even working either. Which sucks because now I can’t get points to make up for the messed up order and get free stuff.

Was crying on my way home from the mechanics and decided to pull in for some comfort food. I went with the classic, garlic Parm wings Cajun fries with ranch and a spicy chicken sandwich no pickle. The lady was really nice, she gave me that reassuring smile only a mom possesses that made me think everything would be okay. It was not.

I got home and tragedy immediately struck. No ranch to be found. That's okay. I'll just shake up my fries into the garlic Parm wings box after eating the wings.... Except there was no garlic Parm on my wings. Not a morsel. So I think damn, that really sucks, I'll have to dry dog these fries. What fries? They forgot my fries. It was at that moment I took a long hard look at my chicken sandwich with no pickle... No. Please no. Don't let there be pickles on that jawn.

Slowly, terrifiedly, I open the sandwich up. Thank God. No pickles. But the damage was done. After how much I just spent at the mechanics, I'm not sure I want to be around any more. The loss of my fries, ranch, and garlic parm was my 13th reason. The lady was really nice though!!!

They always get my order wrong, but the food is good.

I can’t believe I thought it was any better than when I last had it 10 years ago. No, don’t try it.

I went through the drive-through this evening and encountered a young man named Kenneth H. He was extremely professional and so friendly and did such a good job with excellent customer service. He presented himself so well that it made me stop and literally ask him what his name was so that I could give him a review. I just want management to know what a good job he’s doing and I hope you guys give him a raise and more responsibility. Kenneth, you’ll go far no matter what you chose to do.

Only one good chicken tender, the other two were old & dried out.

This drive thru Popeyes was the best in the US. I don't know his name but wow, he has amazing customer service. He made me happy to spend money on chicken. Chicken was hot too and biscuits were fresh.
