I got the breakfast bowl today. The bowl wasn’t even hot. The eggs look funny. I had to drench it in adobo sauce to eat it. I’ve been here before more than a few times and I feel like it’s starting to go down hill. They’ve also raised prices. I will try a few more times before at this location, normally it’s not bad. Maybe the staff that was there this day. Not sure. Mediocre today.

Very disappointed in my experience at this location. I specifically asked for my order a specific way they repeated it back to me twice and then when I got to the window they repeated it again and they still got my order wrong I also paid for the soup which was just pretty much broth with nothing in it, juice only very disappointed with my visit here!

I was recently there. I asked for boiled egg instead of the chicken/tofu protein option and was told no but then they offered avocado as an option and that's not even listed on the protein option for the salad. So why are they offering the avocado and saying no to the boiled egg? I'm frustrated about that. I should be able to have my salad the way I want it.

My go to after gym food place. Cucumber mint lemonade is so refreshing and the staff are nice and friendly.

So I used to come here a lot, maybe 3-5 times a week. Until my last trip. I ordered a wrap, paid the $7.37 for the wrap. And received the smallest wrap I have ever gotten. Smaller than my hand. When I voiced my concerns to the manager she just refunded me my money. Didn’t offer to fix it or make it right. Just gave me my money back. I was really disappointed because in the past the wrap sizes have been bigger.
Management here doesn’t care about your order or business. Sadly I won’t be back.

On Friday, December 20, 2024, on my way home from work. I stopped by the Lower Buckeye location at store 1175. The host at the window, Ms. Serenity, and her teammates made my Friday!! I ordered myself a Ceasar Salad with double meat and an extra dressing, my usual go-to meal. On this day, Ms. Serenity and her team greeted me with professionalism and excellent customer service. Upon entering the window to pay, Serenity greeted me at the window with a smile and assisted me until she handed me my food. Thank you and the team who worked with this young lady. Thank you for making my day and weekend a great one. Keep up the good work, and all the staff at this location who always make my stops there a great experience on why I return. No long waits, and the food is excellent.
