Today I stop by this place again after I told my self I wasn’t going to spend my money with them again decided to give them another change. But they seem not to care any more salad way under portion I requested at the window to make sure I didn’t get half of bowl of lettuce and half of all ingredients they just added like a hand full of lettuce on top like 5 pieces of chicken 3 grape tomatoes not to mention the other ingrients. Almost $9.00 for it.drive back to request for a remake or money back lady told me they don’t do refunds and that the salad appear to be mix already told her that it look like that because they only added the extra lettuce when I ask the cashier to make sure I didn’t half bowl the last two times I complaint on the salad and go website they offer me coupons that I never redeem. I’m not complaining to get free items only want them to give me for what I paid for. Today after I went back I just give them the salad back and told them to keep the money since they don't do refunds I end up with no salad and lost $9.00 and waste of gas and time. is a shame becuase the more store they open the more they seem not to care.

This place is great. Really tasty food, friendly service, and healthy. Since I've been coming here I've lost over 18 pounds. I recommend this place to everyone. They even have stuff for kids. Although I will say, it's quicker to go through the drive-thru. Still 10/10 though. They also forgot one of my sauce packets yesterday

Between the service given when I received eyelashes in my salad from the location in Tolleson to the manager on duty saying this is disgusting, we have someone in the morning that wears these to reaching out to autumn and then Adam, which is a complete disaster he needs to be coached And trained on how to be an appropriate district manager. I have left one review no one from corporate can call me, but George wants to send funky emails offering someone a $25 gift card. This is not acceptable. I had someone’s eyelashes in my damn mouth and salad and go needs to make this right not giving me free salads for crying out loud And I have tons of screenshots on hand ready to go. Do not have George contact me anymore and Adam needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers and not argue with them.
I also have pictures of what Sally looks like when it was a returned immediately with person’s eyelashes and I have text messages from autumn Adam and now corporate a.k.a. George

Honestly, if I can rate the experience to a -0 I would let’s get this started. I pick up two salads I get home. I start to eat. I get to the bottom of my salad and after tasting something in my mouth that White didn’t feel like crunched lettuce I spit what was a pair of false eyelashes. I immediately go back to the location, the cashier and the manager on duty did state that they had an employee that wore eyelash extensions. I then got in touch with the district manager name Adam Adam was to conduct a full investigation. He offered three free salads, which No desire to eat again at salad and go most importantly he wants to argue after I have to reach out to him about I checked and no one wears eyelash extensions. Excuse me, sir at the end of the day, someone broke protocol your manager on duty admitted to someone wearing eyelash extensions emphasizes being absolutely disgusting and not sanitary. I want more than three free salads and a Janky refund again. This isn’t just something made incorrect. This is eyelashes that a female or male wore the entire day that has got no what kind of bacteria on them. This is not right and should not be acceptable Adam don’t call a customer ever arguing back-and-forth with them provide your most highest form of Customer service. I am now. Waiting on guest services per Adam as of last night let’s see how Long this takes to have resolved check your salads everyone yes, I have pictures. Adam has the same picture as well as the staff at this location. Absolutely disgusting.

I got the breakfast bowl today. The bowl wasn’t even hot. The eggs look funny. I had to drench it in adobo sauce to eat it. I’ve been here before more than a few times and I feel like it’s starting to go down hill. They’ve also raised prices. I will try a few more times before at this location, normally it’s not bad. Maybe the staff that was there this day. Not sure. Mediocre today.
