Third time in this week. And honestly their portions are getting smaller. I don’t know if it’s corporate’s new mandate on their portions or management training their employees to reduce quantity. But it’s getting way of out hand.

Heads up to new customers!! They don’t take cash! If you try to pay with cash they will give you a nasty look and tell you they can’t take it after they said they could!
I’ve been coming here every week and never had a problem paying with cash. I came today and was excited to get my lunch, paying with my cash tips from work because payday hasn’t hit yet lol. On the receipt says cashier was Andrew. I’ve never seen him before however he was rude. I pulled up to the window and let him know I was paying with cash and card he said he was fine. I give him $4 in bills, and $0.75 cents in quarters with $0.10 in pennies. He took the payment then looked and gave it back to me and told me he could not take my payment. Not only was he disrespectful but he also said it with a rude tone and made me feel embarrassed for trying to pay with cash. I’m not sure if he is new and needs help with cash handling or if he was having a bad day. He slammed the door shut on me as well. This sucks because I love coming here and now there isn’t any smiling helping faces to greet us.

I've gone to this location 6 times in the last couple of weeks and every time the food and service is supreme! I absolutely love the new Blueberry Basil Lemonade, it's so yummy!!! I prefer the traditional burrito (the amount of bacon is wonderful) over the one without potatoes, the green sauce, and the jalapeno ranch salad (separate occastof course). I'm wondering how anyone can write a negative review, I get it if they mess up, but to complain about the sizes, have you seen the prices? I think we're given a huge portion based on the price. I can get an amazing drink and a bomb axx burrito for $5+! I am so grateful for Salad and Go, thank you!!!

Shift lead was very sensitive and unreceptive. They claimed to be slammed even after they only had 1 car in the drive thru. Not so much a “Salad and Go,” but more so a “No Salad Here and Go Away.” I’d rebrand if I were them to “Salad and No.” Definitely showed signs of being under staffed yet overstaffed with teenagers. The salad to teenager ratio was off, with teenagers outweighing the lettuce. Speaking of lettuce, the establishment should be called “Lettuce and Leave.”

Just went to this Salad & Go to order 4 orders. The male shift lead refused to take my order at the window and told me the only way I was was going to get my order was to order online. I was willing to wait patiently while they caught up with their standing orders. Then a middle aged female came to the widow and informed me that I was being aggressive with the shift lead. She then slammed the order window and left. Completely unprofessional for a food service based company.

Don’t ask for extras, double dressing not going to get it. Double chicken on your salad not going to happen. But they gladly charge you for it. Don’t recommend this particular salad N go.

I come here pretty often and its usually good 90% of the time. Today i got two burritos and it took forever, the line was almost around the drive thru. I dont understand how the portion sizes could vary so greatly in a single order when you have two burritos right next to eachother.
