Tried Sonic for the first time ever and left very disappointed, they oversalted both my burgers…to the point I could not eat them. Looked forward to trying out sonic for years too.

Went to sonic about 10pm ish. Customer service was great, however when I ordered my food and received it my burger was cold and missing items from my order. Food was horrible. When I tried calling several times last night got no answer. I normally go here late nights but this time experiencing such bad service I’m not sure if this would continue to be my go to. Managers should be double checking food before leaving kitchen.

Just ordered 6 items worth of stuff , the girl with glasses that worked Thursday morning April 24th talking rude to me , asked for ranch and the ho gave me one ranch for 6 items talking about we charge 50 cents for ranch, then I asked for water in a water cup, and she talking about they charge full amount for a cup when water by law is supposed to be free. Horrible service.

I haven’t been to one of these since I was a kid. I remember the waitresses being on roller skates and how my mouth would water when I smelled the food. I ordered a buttery garlic burger onion rings and the Oreo peanut butter shake, that was astronomically delicious and absolutely out of my character these days when I rarely eat meat or fast food. What a treat! The service was fast and friendly. The food might not be the best in health wise but in taste wise! The onion rings were even good cold! How is that possible? I think it was the crunch! Oh I can still taste it! Delicious! 🙌🥳

Place was trashy and gross, and the lady taking my order kept cutting me off to ask questions but if she just stopped talking over me, I have the order, then basically threw my drinks at me, they almost spilled in my car. 0/10 do not recommend coming here.

Last night around 11:00pm I went to go get food Service and staff members to assist me was great but the food wasn’t my chicken sandwich both buns were burnt and hard as a rock I am not even over exaggerating my sons corn dog was nearly burnt and hard and the tater tots were worse of them all they were hard like potato chip rocks and had a nasty stale taste had no time to go back we need to hire more people that know what their doing these kids being hired now and days take no one into consideration but their own checks the only way you get paid is if you get customers I’ve never had this problem during the day while they have managers on hand if they have one on night shift then plz check your workers food before it goes out this sonic is usually really good but last night it was horrible.
