I stopped by Sonic this evening and waited in the drive-through for about 5–10 minutes without anyone taking my order. I eventually drove to the window, where I saw several employees standing around before someone finally came over. This has happened before.
I hope management can address this, as faster acknowledgment would greatly improve the customer experience.

I just wanted a large water for my kids and I before I got onto the bus, that didnt happen smh they were taking way to long & it wasnt even busy, maybe if they would have spent less time celebrating & screaming in the work place, kids & I would have got our water,

Decided to take my kids for some snacks and slushies for the weekend. Didn't get much or anything difficult. Just some slushies, large mozzarella sticks and Large Onion Rings. Asked for a few extra marinara sauce and didnt mind paying extra. They made a deal out of me asking for 3 more sauces even though I not once asked for free ones. And I guess they were so foused on charging for the sauces they forgot to put them in there. Called 3 times, no answer. Definitely wont be going back. May not seem like much but for kids who love sauces with their snack and to get none was disappointing. Just wanted to call and let them know to please be more observant since there was only one other car.

Why are the sonic blasts toppings not mixed into the ice cream. I keep getting a cup of ice cream with a top of candy... and I have to mix it in.....
