I came here last year with my husband to order food and I simply asked if they had chicken nuggets, mind you, I have never ordered food at sonic, only drinks. The girl on the headset says “We’re not mcdondals”. When a lady came out to give me my order, I asked her who was on the headset and she said a new employee. I let that situation go, who knows why she said that. I’ve worked in food quite a while and would never talk to a customer like that. Anyways, moving forward, I come in today (thursday, 9/12 at 2:40PM) to order drinks. I do a walk up and it is windy outside, I could barely hear the girl on the headset and i’m assuming she could barely hear me because she was saying my order wrong, she repeated my order and since I couldn’t hear her, I repeated back. She gives me an attitude and says “that’s what I just said”. Then she continues to talk to me in a disrespectful matter, “that’s what I just asked you”. I don’t know what kind of people this sonic is hiring, but this is ridiculous. What did she gain from giving me an attitude? all I want is a slushie man and apparently that’s too much to ask for nowadays.

Service was great! I had to pay with a card and was not given the opportunity to submit a tip. I usually have cash in my car but just got car back from service, so I had no cash to tip with. Atmosphere- the order board was sun-fried. I advise all to use the East side order boards, not the West.

I was told my total was going to be $19.67 but when another employee brought my order he charged me $24.67 as I was leaving I remembered the total I was initially given. Looked for my receipt in the bag but wasn't given one. I then asked for the receipt and realized I was overcharged by the employee purposefully. I wonder how many people they do this too on a regular basis that don't realize it.
Every time I come here they never get my order right ? how do you have the drinks and fries for both meals but not the main part of the meal and after sitting for 20min you'd expect they'd actually make sure
