I overnight outside the gate on the dirt lot, appointment at 6:30am checked in at 6am out by 6:30am. Fast unloading.

You have to call to get in the gate. Strictly appointment based. Unloaded in 15 mins. Very nice staff guy will come out and get paperwork from you and when done he leave paperwork in trailer.

Failed to return all monies owed... Leased a property from "Ed Eisele/Southwest Baking" located at 3377 Ocean Front Walk, San Diego CA 92109. The security/Key Deposit totalled $8,150 and we only received back $1.076.61, with no accounting, no itemization, no documentation at all why the total amount was not returned to us.The lease ran from Nov 1st through to May 31st. One of the bathrooms leaked horrible into the unit below and we were forced to stop using that bathroom for almost the entire lease. Ed Eisele and Agent Candace Hart showed no professionalism and when asked for the remainder of the monies to be returned, was met with threats of them "finding" more things to bill us for... Still waiting for an itemization for the remaining $7,073.39 owed from the security deposit and also the "credit back" of $12,000 for the bathroom non-usability discount.
