I always have such a great experience at this location. A big shout out to my favorite barista Viviana. So kind and helpful every time I come through here. This is my favorite location to go to because of her! Give her a raise and a big bonus, she deserves it!

I just have to say that this is the BEST Starbucks, with the BEST staff! I love this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and they go above and beyond for me every time. Shout out to Malibu and Viviana! You guys rock! I hope Starbucks corporate will see that this is a special Starbucks and give them all a raise and bonus! This location deserves recognition. Thank you.

My husband went to grab us a coffee before black Friday shopping. Never again! Not at this location. We ordered 2 hot peppermint mocha. The taste was disgusting. Tasted like burnt coffee with a gallon of chocolate. Whoever the barista was either hated their job or just needs to be trained more.

I feel like this Starbucks is hit or miss. The drinks are never consistent I think today was my last time coming here. 11/3/25. I would rather have Scooters up the street I never have issues and when you want to change something they are so nice about it and don’t give you an attitude like they do at this Starbucks.

The manager was so mean we ask for half and half on the drive thru they say they wanna put the cream on my coffe i ask for half and half on the side they either pur alot cream on the coffe or very little very simple request half amd half on the side i go every day i hope the owners or other people see this

Im so angry, got the wrong amount of change (I use it for laundry btw). I asked her twice how much the total was she either didnt hear me or completely ignored me didnt even answer. She was on her phone at first doing something, btw.

Ordered 2 drinks they were about 80% ice 10% creamer and sweetener and 10% coffee ☕ they are so stingy so this time I asked for lite ice they put so much creamer and other stuff and about half a cup of actual coffee no flavor what so ever and a bad attitude on top of it! Then they want a tip 😂 I'll take my copy and paste reply from the owner now

Always decent but your hours are confusing it says you close at 10 but when I pulled up at 9pm lights are off? Drive through is clearly closed with a sign in front. it’s needs to be more transparent about your hours online are very wrong wasted my time gas and money going down there I was going to redeem my birthday drink and purchase another drink for my mom and couldn’t very disappointed in the lack of transparency online and on your app.

I usually come to this Starbucks and make a purchase every time, but today I just needed a quiet place to sit for a few minutes during a short break between sessions. I’m a home health provider and don’t have a traditional office, so Starbucks often becomes my workspace.

Despite the café being nearly empty, I was asked to leave because I didn’t have an “active” order. It was disappointing, especially since I’ve spent plenty of money here over time. The two Laveen locations I also spend a frequent amount of time at have never had a problem with this, which makes it clear this is a store-level issue, not a company-wide policy.

It’s a shame that a company of this size can’t offer a seat and some AC for a loyal customer, even briefly. I’ll be sticking to the other locations that are more welcoming and understanding.
