I hope this is the right location b/c the front-end service worker was FREAKING AWESOME, not to be mean the check out person outstandingly friendly IDK how to describe him maybe chubby male very confident and well spoken Professional ans people oriented great experience with him I even got out my car thinking a planter was a trash receptical he took my cup and disposed of it. Store was overcrowded. They took a long time to get our order together, the barista was not friendly towards me. My hot chocolate was cold and tasted like water. Very unhappy with the service and the food.

a lady who was very big and was wearing lashes her shift was today which is 12/24 at 5:30 and she was being very rude and when i told her she got my order wrong she started giving me attitude and was yelling “ im human we all make mistakes” i felt that comment was very disrespectful and she was giving a face, and still gave me the wrong order after i told her something the first time, this is poor service and she needs to be humbled asap, please and thank you, because i wasn’t going to get all my drinks and wait for 30 minutes when others behind me got their order first no, than have the nerve to give me attitude, highly unacceptable please fix your service !!!!

Coffee is great food not so much it's always half cold or greasy. But it's a good place to sit drink coffee and be online. The customer service is always good they are not rude or short they take time to talk to you and answer your questions even when there busy.
