I went here about an hour go to get an Iced Brulee coffee and as I was getting to the end of my drink I started feeling little plastic balls I thought they were sugar crystals but they weren’t they look like one of those shoe fresheners things with the gel orbees. One might of opened up and got on one of the foods. Please double check your things before you give out more of it. I consumed a good amount of these gel orbees.

This is absolutely disgusting! I went to this location yesterday at 5am for an iced coffee. They had my order wrong when I got to the window and then they didn’t want to remake it because “ she had already made it”. The girl making the drinks had a bad attitude and was making faces like she didn’t want to be there and it bothered her to have to remake the drink. What’s worse is I found this small plastic lid that looks like it came from the creamer. I didn’t see until I started mixing my drink. To me it looked almost intentional because the ice had pushed it down. I took this picture after the ice melted on my first break which was 8am. If you don’t want to work there then find another job

Asked girl abt white egg feta wrap what wrap was made out of n she was condescending n when I went up to pay n I told her I had found ingredient info on internet she made me a i don't care face!? She asked is it a preference or an actually allergy?? What business is it of hers why I ask either way she shud be prepared to provide info very condescending attitude . Poor customer servc . Girl at window with plaid shirt , dark hair and glasses is rude. She's not very friendly either not very welcoming . Poor attitude fake smile.

Went this morning 8/30/24 at 7:15am and the employees were very rude. She got upset because I asked for a sleeve for my cold drink. I love Starbuck and there up clear and kind personality, but this location does not have it. I rather drive to another Starbuck.

They don’t fill the drink even when you pay for extra ingredients. Also they don’t make the drinks the same way other Starbucks do. We’ve had multiple orders made inconsistent with how other locations make the drinks.

6/28/24 4:07 and they’re not opened as stated on google but the real issue is the lack of acknowledgement and signage. The two girls don’t seem to bother to even say “sorry we’re closed” and their camera is on so I can see they’re in there and they had the drive thru window opened and they were throwing something out so I thought “oh good I can ask about the open time” but as I passed by to exit they closed it really quickly and I can see them walking away. ?? major lack of attention and skills then need coaching asap
