Very bad service. No one wanted to come serve me. Two people were there the manager was cleaning and the other was on the back. They just looked at me and the manager told the guy in the back to come. He just looked at me said oh and said hold on and went back to the back. The manager didn’t even greet me or tell me anything. Only look at me like I was someone who was taking her time from her. Terrible customer service!

I placed an order online , fresh value meal, had my order picked up and received my order without the drink, I then called the shop back to inquire about the egregious error and got the worst nightmare of an experience speaking with the shop staff, he said it’s not their job to get the drink nor inform the pickup person of a drink with the order, they have a policy to not do so. I am a business owner and run a retail service business, wow is all I can say. I have never received a service so poor in quality, tone and attitude from a service staff, no apologies no remorse, absolutely horrible customer service.

Honestly never really had a problem here, until today. Order my usual CBR came all the way home open it up and there’s barely if any chicken, so little smashed chicken thought there was none. Disappointed in the service and food quality :(

Robbery in plain-site. Pay $5.99 and got $1.99 worth of food.

Personal not friendly
Ordered the new footlong doritos nachos and was so disappointed. Literally like 6 chips with very little toppings. Horrible value for $5
Food was fresh. Service was polite.
Thought I would give this location one more try. Nope, still the same. Why must you argue about a coupon that is CLEARLY not expired?? What is the point of sending coupons to people in the mail. Receiving NO MONEY at all makes better sense than honoring a coupon at this location. Drove 3 extra miles to another Subway and guess what, coupon accepted, and no argument, NONE!!

This location has horrible customer service. They always make a face or have a rude attitude if you want to use a coupon. If we receive these coupons in the mail, we should be able to use them without their employee's attitude. It doesn't make sense that two customers paying with two different cards can't use each a coupon. The management changed because it used to be a good place.

I walked into this Subway with my husband and child happy. We all walked out stressed and annoyed. Also, mind you I work for another Subway. I know they all run differently but not really.
Food: Well I brought a coupon in with that expires 10.10.24. And she refused to use it. Even though.... all Subway coupons have the same codes for their deals.
Her reasoning the 9.12.24 coupons are out. I had those ones at home but used the new ones.
Well nope she refused it.
We walked out without any sandwhiches and went to another Subway, that guess what... SCANNED AND USED THE COUPON.... INSANE....
Even though I know there's a button she couldve just pressed to give the discount as well...
For the service: She was honestly just trying to be rude. And I come into this Subway a lot. My mom lives close and this lady she is never nice, never happy, always rude and she doesn't know how to make the sandwhiches. Next time i go in ill be getting her name and updating this review. I hope she gets necessary training or quits her job if shes so miserable in her customer service job that shes just rude all the time...
Other than that, the lobby was clean, the line looked messy but it wa ok.
Again I walked out without food over her pettiness or high power wanna be feeling idk idc. The other Subway I went to down the way was delicious tho!
Hope she gets better and changes her attitude!!

The manager made the BEST Subway sandwitch ? On top of that, she gave me beautiful smiles and friendly service?? All of the staff are respectful and caring. I always have a kid's meal at Subway and she made one willingly. The best BEST Subway sandwitch in Arizon and I'll definitely come back again✌

My wife and I tried their churros from Cinnabon. They had virtually no flavor and we're hard and chewy. We will never get there churros again.
