I have come to this taco bell a few times, but this time, I went I didn't like the service the young men didn't seem happy handed me my soft drink cup with a golve instead of holding it from the bottom his finger was holding it from the inside of the cup very gross they need to teach young ones how to be more clean and careful when handing stuff to clients and putting good faces even tho they mad of working

The afternoon shift yesterday was not their best. They didn't have my drink ready with the meal, so I had to fill my own. Ok. Not a huge deal. The second thing wrong was the sauce on the side. I wondered if I got someone else's meal but there was no sticker on it, it wasn't sealed. When I got home, two of three items weren't made right either. What if I was allergic to the extra ingredients they put in it? I just threw it away. I've never done that before.

Iâm very disappointed with this location. 3 days this week they run out of beef one hour before closing? Come on.. the main ingredient is BEEF! This location needs to do better. I bring my concern to the cashier through drive thru and she tells me âI donât know what to tell youâ thatâs how weâre speaking to guests now? Itâs so unfortunate knowing my neighborhood Taco Bell treats people this way. Donât even waste your time coming to this location. Youâre just going to be disappointed.

Just left the drive thru here. The ladies were so very nice, friendly and accommodating. My order was correct the first time, no issues. What a great staff and location!

Window people are awful at taking orders. The manager ripped the food from my hand after a refund. They also told me they forgot to give the guy before me his card⊠like okay? What did they want me to do about it? It wasnât my problem what they forgot to do.

I ordere through the app online. When I got to the drive thru to pick it up I still waited over 8 minutes to get my food. That is according to their timmer. I ordered a chicken chalupa combo. The taco (that is part of the combo) was ordered no beef sub black beans. They didnt even give me the taco. I also ordered a black bean crunchwrap with extra black beans. Instead they gave me a crunchwrap that had maybe a teaspoon of refried beans. The recipt shows the order was correct. Terrible
