I wanted their chalupa for old time sake , my parents loved eating them, this location was our regular restaurant, it’s been a long while since I been to this location, it was sad to see only two people running it . The grounds beef chalupa had zero taste , no seasoning at all definitely not worth 6 dollars . The bean burrito was joke, again no flavoring , it’s like Taco Bell is serving bare minimum food, I was better paying a few dollars more and getting actual Mexican Food!

Anyways, the service is usually pretty quick and they get you in n out faster than In N Out.

09.10.25 They dont even deserve one star . Horrible customer service. The Mexican girl is so rude. I ordered 2 small pepsi with my order. Firstly they just put my order on the table without the cups . I asked for the cup , she gave it me to with an attitude. I took the cups , when I was getting the drink from the fountain machine it looked water downed, I told her that I think the pepsi is out of order . She said oh yes its out of order . I said okay and I got some mountain dew I sat down to eat my burrito which was old and cold . I took a sip of the dew, it tasted water downed too.
I went to the register and asked can I get the refund for my drinks. She said but u used the cups . I asked ofcourse thats how I know its water downed. Then the manager said can I have the cup back . I just gave my used cups 😆. She said I will give it you from the other fountain machine . Still taste the same . They didn't refund the money 😕 . They know that fountain machine is not working atleast the should put a sign on it Out OF ORDER, Horrible and rude management 😒

Young lady was very polite, food was horrifying. A teaspoonful of meat, dry as a summer sand storm, full of onions. Fried long enough to kill Norman. Noo good at all! Taco Bell is out of line for that meal

We stopped at this location today after doing some shopping to get some of their freeze drinks. We ordered ahead on my app and picked up in the drive thru. I ordered the Baja blast flavor. My kids got the wild strawberry one. They were super delicious and refreshing after a really hot day!
Beans tasted old and dried up taco shells were stale Pepsi tasted old like if soda machine hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long I get this isn't gourmet food but let's be REAL just because it isn't doesn't mean you lower the standard serve it as it is so that costumers want to come back.
