We live close by and mobile order from here several times a month. While it doesn't happen often that the food is bad, it was bad enough today that I had to leave a review.I ordered a Mexican pizza and a cravings box. ALL of the tortilla shells tasted horribly stale and musty. The tortilla crust of the Mexican pizza was also horribly off and had a very bitter taste. It's like they found shells that had been sitting for who knows how long and said, eh what the hell! Let's use these!Luckily my husband's food was ok as was my daughter's burrito. However, all of my food had to be trashed as it tasted and SMELLED horribly stale.I'm hoping management sees this and checks in on it as this could cause issues down the line if someone is using expired products.

They do not take orders inside. They want you to use their kiosk. They messed my order up and I began to realize the machine doesn't print receipts. The last thing I want to do is give Taco bell my email so they can sell my information.They don't care about their dine in. Only their drive through. The manager only cares about her end of the year bonus.

Bought a Taco Bell gift card at Fry's on 83rd & Lower Buckeye, drove to Taco Bell on 99th Lower Buckeye right after. Entered and was met with "we don't take orders up front, go to the kiosk.".I didn't say anything, went straight to the kiosk with a half responding touch screen, ordered $27 worth of food on a $28 gift card. No physical receipt option, only email or no receipt which is keen on their racket. Make sure to get a emailed receipt. So somehow I have 62cents on a $28 gift card that "wasn't charged". Told them I'm on camera and they gave the run around. Talked to supervisor on their phone and the same nonsense was being spwewed. If you don't want to be robbed then to to drive thru. 0/5 Stars

At the Kiosk I ordered a Mexican Pizza. After a 5 minute wait I politely reminded the Manager On Duty that they had forgotten my order. I observed him sloppily slapped the ingredients together. Then he threw the pizza in the oven. It was then rushed over to me. The Mexican Pizza I was given was an atrocity.I politely requested that I be given a new Mexican Pizza. Also I added it does not have to be rushed. I just wanted to be made correctly.The Manager On Duty was defensive, combative, and non-receptive to my simple request. He was more concerned about his business model and the timer than providing good customer service.I decided to cut my loses and left the pizza on the front counter. The deplorable customer service I received was unacceptable and inexcusable.

Great food especially if you smoke or drink first. I advise to pick up your own food, delivery will risk it being super soggy. But can't go wrong with taco bell... my favorite is the beef chalupa but add nacho cheese and Chipotle sauce. It used to be a menu item but it was discontinued.

There is one manager that doesn't seem to understand time management and never opens on time. Then after waiting more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order i pull forward, and she asks me what do you need. I told her my order, and gets the entire order wrong. A #12 add jalapeno sauce. (No sauce) large pepsi no ice (Extra ice) and could i get the cinnamon delights instead of a hash brown (I get a hash brown). This happens multiple times when she opens. Maybe they should hire someone else to take her place. The other manager ive had no problems with.
