Taqueria Y Cenanduria Culiacan

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my mom. She called in a phone order and asked how many tacos dorados came in an order. The lady over the phone explained, 'up to five, however many she wanted.' My mom, who usually shares these with my siblings, politely asked for five of them, willing to pay any extra charges. The lady continued taking her order as if everything was normal. However, she forgot to hang up and proceeded to call my mom 'muerta de hambre,' saying, 'claro que le voy a cobrar pinchi vieja muerta de hambre.' My mother has been coming here for years, always tipping and recommending it to people. That horrible, disgusting woman laughed at my mother for her order with her colleague. Shame on you. May this place never have another loyal customer like my beautiful mother again; they don’t deserve it. The horrible woman was the cook's wife! And if you’re reading this, you know who my mom, Karina, is—she’ll never step foot in your restaurant again. Y sabes que? Métete los tacos por el culo pinchi vieja zorra maleducada

This little gem is a hole in the wall restaurant that could potentially be passed on if you don’t know what you’re looking for.The building is old and could use an upgrade but that didn’t deter us from enjoying the food and drinks && the place was nice and clean. I had the enchiladas estilo Sinaloa and my mom had the caldo de res. Both plates were flavorful and the Jamaica water was great as well.Great food and friendly staff.

Portions were very small for the price. We paid almost $70 for 3 people. Regardless, service was fast and staff was respectful.

Quick service and a calm atmosphere can't hold a candle to the tastiness of the al pastor tacos at this local establishment. I asked for them without bell peppers, but I assume they will taste just as flavorful as the meat and the onions if you choose to get them! Juicy, well-portioned tacos at a fantastic price make this the best stop I've had all week. Also, I ate too quickly to get photos, but the food was cooked and plated beautifully, even as a to-go order. Thank you so much!

They have the best Caldos .. great food and service, very authentic food ..I will be backI am back! I still love the small vibe.If you are looking for fancy this is not a fancy place. I ? love the small simple vibe. Authentic Sinaloa style cenaduria little different from Sonora style, but still delicious. For health reasons, I like that food is not too salty and aguas, horchata, not too sweet. This small neighborhood family owned restaurant. They're very accommodating if you ask .. I had the Enchiladas del horno/oven baked Enchiladas ? and Gorditas or tostadas, and daily soup specials are great when I don't want to cook ?I forgot to take a picture before I ate it yummy ? ?
