Was on the search for some Ramen birria and found this little truck in the parks parking lot and man was it a great find!!! Ramen birria had such great flavor and so much meat! The tacos had handmade tortillas and were packed with meat and so delicious!!! And the nachos were so tasty!! It's so hard to find great mexican food in AZ. But this is definitely our new go to place!!!

We ordered freshly made Gordita’s with our own choice of meat, including a birria gordita that came with arroz which was unexpectedly the perfect combo. The birria ramen, was extremely warm, perfect spice and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I will say every bite exceeded our expectations, the variety of sauces added the extra deliciousness. We definitely plan on returning for some more of The Valley Tacos! ?
