I just got service from the McKinney Whataburger. 6151 Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75070
The kid who came to the window, didn't want to be working there and his behavior proved it. getting my drink, it filled it till the carbonation was pouring over the edges of the cup and tries to hand me the cup like I want to put that dripping mess in my car. I stop him, he grabs a hair net and wipes off my cup, and the apologizes like a robot. I go to pull off, and he talks trash. Not what I want to deal with at 1:30am. The manager has a real problem at that store.

The food was great, the place was spotless and Tamika offered better customer service than most full service restaurants.

Horrible drive through service. You wait forever only to get cold food and they don’t make people in front of you pull up. So while your Oder may be ready. You ultimately end up getting cold food.

This location can't seem to get an order correct. They always forget a sandwich or two. And the sandwiches they manage to give you is completely incorrect. You literally have to sit there at the restaurant and dissect each and every sandwich to determine what they forgot. Kinda messed up considering the food is also for other people but I feel like I have no choice but to open up everyone's order and find the missing ingredient.
This is my fault though. It's my fault for going back. The blame is on me.

The last couple times we have ordered for pickup through the app and now with Uber Eats have had issues. Only the one drink is sealed everything else was not. We ordered at 745pm and it was delivered 810pm. Chicken was not even room temperature. When we called to talk to the manager on duty, she stated she couldn't do anything and refused to offer any solutions other than for us to waiting until tomorrow morning and talk to that manager. We had to go to the store and pay for another meal, which defeats the point of delivery. This is not acceptable nor is this the normal Whataburger experience.

It was after 11:00pm when I ordered breakfast in the drive thru and a woman told me that they aren't doing breakfast. Weird because I could still order from the app and then suddenly had no problem ordering and picking up food. She also tried to tell us it was busy, but there was only one car when I first pulled in the drive thru, and were were alone in the drive thru when showing up again after ordering on the app, cars only showing up after we were waiting for our order. Just order from the app, since they wan't to lie and waste your time in the drive thru. The biscuits were at least made right. Not coming back here for a long while.
