It's been opened +/- a year now, I would have expected this store has outgrown it's growing pains but safely orders are generally botched and incorrect.
Please do better.

I like this location. I usually come here between 11am and 4pm so the quality and service is good. I will say, they ask a lot of questions at the drive thru.
1. What's your name?
2. Would you like to try this burger?
3. Do you want to upgrade to a collectors cup?
4. Do you want to try any of these deserts?
5. Would you like to donate?
And when you think they're done asking
6. Do you want ketchup or BBQ sauce...

Daisy and Liz took my order and got it right to the tee to the point they talked me into getting another anniversary cup even tho I have 2 already .... now I have the complete set . They were very pleasant and a pleasure to speak with !! Glad I chose this whataburger to come too .food was fresh and hot as well .
